42:18 Cam, we always appreciate hearing your tasting notes on our products. Our batch 3 Toasted Barrel, Barrel Strength Rye is an 8 barrel blend. We selected the 8 barrels for the blend after they were blended together the blend was aged in 8 medium toast barrels for 3 months then those 8 barrels were blended together for bottling. You hit the nail on the head for what we wanted to accomplish in this blend; candied citrus, floral, balanced spice then subtle notes of cream (for us the toasted barrel should be a subtle accent note and not over power the delicate citrus, floral and spice notes we love in great Rye). We always take a chefs approach to blending, take the best ingredients than blend them to create a multilayered Whiskey experience rather than focus on the separate components. Cheers🥃

Saw part of the live, but was hosting a dinner and had to drop. Watching on replay now. I have the BT Amrut and really enjoyed it, but I mostly drink Single Malts. I did not smell or taste any Peat, but I tend to be peat blind based on how much I love peat. I get the academic.. I feel the same about an IB Mortlach I have. Got it at MSRP and debating a back up. Probably not, particularly if I can find a back up for a Disco 11 instead.
had to work last night so catching up now. love the rye heavy content!

Cam what stream was it on that you tasted the 13th Colony CS Rye? I have 8.5YR 131.6 proof and wanted to see your thoughts.
I’m not sure if I did taste it. Maybe it was on a patreon stream? I dunno 😬
