Thank you! I appreciate these, they make me feel normal. The surgical areas are always tight and tender to sore and sometimes sharp phantom pains. My doctors don't really understand bc they've never experienced it,, thankfully. These will help. 🙏🏽
@@abc123-t7o I’m sorry you’re dealing with those pains and soreness. You’re correct, a lot of individuals don’t understand how these side effects can linger on over time, too. And how common they are! Sending you my very best! 💕
Unbelievable! Thank you!!!! This was so helpful to me. I was hesitant but wow. It felt incredible- it feels wonderful to stretch all of that out❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😘💕
Thank you so much! I am 57 and had a single mastectomy a few weeks ago. These exercises are really helping me slowly get move to back, but also with my mental health. You are very gentle and caring! 🙏🏼
I've recovered pretty well from my lumpectomy so the stretching went, luckily for me, pretty easy. But I'm super weak from chemo so this felt like a hard workout for my arms. I feel so weak I hate it. Thank you for this video. I think I will do it daily until it becomes easier on my arms. This is perfect for me to ease back into things. I also want to say thank you for taking your time in each move and allowing us to switch positions without feeling rushed. It's those things that make for excellent videos. Well done!
Kelly This helped me today! After lymph nodes removal (9 of them) I’m experiencing some numbness under the arm pit and tightness at the end of my day. Thanks for another great video!
as an FYI I was able to do these stretches until about radiation session 20, then I had to take a break as my skin was too sensitive . I 've been able to start again just 10 days past my last session . I had 30 in total. 25 full chest, 5 boost. Hope this encourages someone. It truly helps!!
Another great video. I feel like I need to make an appointment with you so you get paid for all this great advice. Thanks again for all your help. Mary R
Thank you so much for all your videos! ❤ They help me so much. I'm not sure where I would've been without them but thanks to you I feel my new normal is bearable.
3 months post mastectomy and 2 weeks post radiation. Feeling very tight. Well this video is a miracle. I can’t believe how high I could reach on the wall when I tried after! Amazing.
Thankyou for your helpful exercise recommendations. When are you recommending to do do these exercises? Ie Post surgery? Pre surgery? Post radiation? How many days/weeks post surgery? Not sure about realistic time lines thanks
Thank you Kelly for this video. I watch and practice several of your exercises and find them to be easy to follow, quick and oh so helpful to my self care regime. I appreciate you so much.
Any advice on how to do the one where we have to open the arm towards the wall ? I tried but just can’t do it (it’s been a month since I got my mastectomy).
This looks amazing, but I was wondering.... how soon is it safe to do these after a double mastectomy? I know my dr has said I should do my arm/chest stretches the next day, is this a similar timeline?

This is great. I wish I came across this immediately after surgery but I know it's still not late to fix things.
