Love the matching socks.
Just bought a 900.Used it today for first time.Stripes beautifully.Cub Cadet has done their homework.Machine seems to be a beast,we'll se how durable it is.Sure is heavy and seems over-built but I think that is a good thing.
Derek ROUTH how are you liking the machine after several months?
@@lilgordy90 Doing good.No problems as of yet.Just bought another one today. They like the gas but mow beautifully and like how you can see edges of deck easily so I get a more efficient cut.Lot of good features.
Guess I've driven a pro Z zero-turn with the 38 and a half horse Kawasaki with a 72 in this mower deck is the best anti scalp I've ever used three others 72 and multiple 60s and this is better than any of the sixties I have driven also this should be a game-changer for Cub Cadet to get into the professional line ride is excellent it seems to do a very good mowing job also leaving very few stragglers at high speeds but I recommend going at slower speeds I don't believe you get excellent cut over 10 miles an hour just my personal $0.02 I have approximately 50 hours on the zero-turn 900cc the only negative I have is Cub Cadet paint it has a tendency to chip off and with the front pivoting axle and the air ride and the non flattening front tires give you a fantastic ride yes fantastic I don't use that word lightly
Cub really had a good mower back in the day called belly mowers and you plow, blade. This is the first lawn mower they have built like a tank in alot of years. Good video.
I have a scag and a walker. Both great mowers. Cut quality? The walker wins easily but the scag is great on the lawns we discharge.
Love the camera work!!
I’m in Belton, just upgraded from a 15 year old 44” zforce Cub Cadet to a Wright B . That is a beast , would like to see machines have a OCDC instead of a chute .
Awesome footage Blake! Seems like an awesome mower and amazing how things come back around!
That seat looks really comfortable. 😎
That thing a beast my man👍
I started with Cub Cadet back in the day as well. 👍🏻
Play could you by one I don't have a Scag dealer close to me he's about 45 minutes away I do have a Cub Cadet dealer right around the corner would you buy one
So try a different blade till you find the right cut quality
Awesome dude
Best Cub Cadet things: hydro release, steering wheel option. Lacking suspension ride + seat combination of Ferris, and an EFI engine option to conserve fuel.
I like the spring seat better, just because it dampers the bumps better than the bouncy air ride. There's a aftermarket company that makes flex forks that would work on that too.
Altoz makes their own flex forks, but your right, huge difference
I just love the Green socks. Bro, you should totally be on QVC with these infomercial skills!
Your right about being surprised...I am
Nice video bro!
This is a turf tiger 2 with a couple additions
If it had an efi option I would be interested. I have turf tiger 2s love them and a John deere they all run amazing but the three efi mowers are the go toos and sip fuel
You don't have any trouble with the kohler efi motors? My buddies has them but gets rid of them around 1000 hrs and gets new ones. That's when they've started nickel and diming him. Interested in hearing your experience with them
NOTIFICATION SQUAD!!!
I'm waiting on the Stand On Model. I would prefer the steering wheel setup over this for the grip.
What is the blue blocking on the trailer?? I like that idea.
Soft side wall instead of wood or wire mesg
Googled it can’t find any ideas
Looks like a sweet machine. We run Toros here in northeastern Ohio where I live. People also run Scags. Cut quality on both these machines is very good here. There is a cub cadet dealer close by. I should go demo one
Dang dude , nice green shorts dude , dude !
Cub cadet is a lot better then scag the pro z 900 is easily the best commercial zero turn and if u like standards try the pro x 600 u will never wanna use a scag again after u try a pro x 600
I’m getting rid of my zero turn to get another Stander because after I’m done running the zero turn I’m beat
That's a good mower. I used the same one a few times this year, they do drink the gas, lol and you don't air the seat all the way up, I think that's why you were bouncing
Does anyone know what he closed the sides of his utility trailer in with?
You are cutting with a 61” deck is why its cutting the grass and leaving the grass needing cross cut where you usually are cutting with a 52” deck......
more footage of this cub cutting...and with a drink
That machine cuts great. I said it on both top notch and brian lawn maintenance.
Nice
You should have commented on what type of blades it was delivered with.
How is it on hills? And does it stripe well
Whens part two of the pond coming out
Soon! It’s finished!!
Definitely ready for part two
Did you get rid of your enclosed trailer ?
Where did you get the blue skirting you have around the perimeter of your trailer there? Is that a custom made item?
What song did you used in the background?
How's that vibration from lowering and raising the seat? Ha-ha. The mower is way to big for my purpose's. It looks really beefy and I have seen other lawn care providers give there In Depth Reviews and all have given a thumbs up. Thanks for the review.
How much ?
Ferris Z3 stand on is Ferris's fastest mower.
I've determined the price comes down to the presence of armrests.
You have had stand on mowers for so long. Very weird seeing you on a sit down for sure lol
A review with no mention of the horse power? Also no mention of the pivoting front axle, which absorbs some of the front end jarring and shock on bumpy ground. More important basics like this are needed for a good review after several weeks use. Thanks
I liked his review but he didn't get very technical about much.Like for instance the hydro expansion tank under the seat or how the deck is hung.Just a few odds and ends but he tried.
Kawasaki lawn motors are one of the best. Stay away from anything with a Briggs unless you’re willing to replace the motor every 50 hours at your own expense.
How much does that cub cadet mower cost?
This particular model is $11,699. The 960 has the biggest engine, transmission, speed and features. This series starts at our 500. The 560L has a 27hp kaw fx with a 60" deck and it retails for $8999.
Skaggs may do good in that Yankee grass but come down and cut some southern grass you want the cub PS my wife says you mess up your stripes
Why don’t you leave the guy alone? He’s just out here trying to do his job.
Guess you have never seen a DRUNK mow there yard ? Yeah they need there cup holders .
Um closable lid dude..
Blake, see my comments on the first video. I can see the Stringers from here..The chute is too small. I bet the chute on your 52 is wider. I think you're being fair, but kind. Don't you think you should take the fact that CC is a residential manufacturer off the table? The machine isn't $10k, it's priced big, in line with the big boys. You should judge it accordingly. Good video kid, give it hell👊
Well he’s getting paid or maybe that mower for free. What would people expect him to say.
Or it’s just a good mower. He isn’t the first to say good things about it. If Toyota came out with a super car, it would still be a super car and probably a pretty good one at that. The commercial series of mower isn’t some mythical beast that needs to be conquered and can only be conquered by those with known commercial names. Simple r&d is all it takes to produce a good product at any level.
