Morning Jonn..how appropo. I picked up 2 chuck roasts yesterday morning, to smoke today. I am going to slice one, and pull the other. And you are correct, a very underrated cut of meat. Funny, growing up this is a cut my mother would throw in the oven and roast, but it always came out pretty bad. My siblings and I alway dreaded dinner that day...hehehe. Have a great weekend, Jon!
