    I made mugwort bread today
Mugwort is in season these days, so many people cook mugwortSo I prepared this too^^
I used a kneader, but you can knead it until it's smooth~
There's a lot of milk in the fragrant spring scent, so make sure to make soft and moist mugwort bread!
It's so delicious that kids eat it really well!
    Then, enjoy baking everyone ♡
    💜 Mugwort bread
    - Ingredients -
    a corn bread pan
    250g of strong flour
    Instant dry yeast 5~6g
    20g of sugar
    5g of salt
    an egg
    110g of milk
    20g of canola oil
    100g of mugwort
(The mugwort bread that I'm introducing has a subtle mugwort scent that children can eat well without repulsion.)If you want a darker one, you can add more mugwort.)
    1. Put a tablespoon of salt in boiling water and boil mugwort for 2-3 minutes
    2. Rinse boiled mugwort in cold water, squeeze out the water, and dissolve it well so that it does not get tangled with your fingertips
    3. Sift the strong flour and put it in a mixing bowl
    4. Put salt yeast sugar on the flour so that it doesn't touch each other, coat each other with flour on the spot, and mix it all together
    5. Add eggs and milk canola oil, mix at low speed so that all ingredients are well mixed, and mix at medium speed for 7 to 8 minutes
    5. Add mugwort and go back to medium speed until it gets smooth
(Please refer to the video to check the end of mixing.)~)
    6. Put the finished dough in a bowl and cover it with plastic or wrap until it doubles for 50 to 60 minutes in a warm place
(In winter, you can leave it in an enclosed place with hot water. You can use the microwave fermentation function.)
    7. Transfer the fermented dough to the dough, remove the gas slightly, divide it into three equal weights, and circle it
    8. Cover the plastic and apply butter or oil to the bread pan for 15 minutes to medium fermentation~
9.For all the dough, push up and down with a rolling pin to remove gas, turn it upside down, and fold it in three stages, and roll it from the end. (Please refer to the video for details.)
    10. Pinch the joint and seal it well so that it doesn't burst, and then pan it with the bottom facing
    11. In a warm place for 50 to 60 minutes, until 1cm of dough comes up on the pansecondary fermentation
(If you cover the plastic, the dough swells and touches it, so ferment it with hot water in an enclosed space without covering it with plastic.)That way, the surface won't get dry.)
    12. When fermentation is complete, bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees (it depends on the oven, so please check carefully)It's not cooked yet. What's the top of the bread? If you think it's going to burn, cover the bread with cooking foil
    13. Soft and fragrant mugwort bread is completed ♡
