It’s beautiful and peaceful in Victoria.Easy to feel happy there.I formerly lived there many yrs. With my parents….w my own private beach ) a true dream come true. I thought I liked cities but always found great peace near water …..
I find that miracles also happen when you do something for another person, Especially good if you do it for a stranger. It could be buying coffee for a homeless person in the cold in winter, creating a free little pantry in your town, a "free store" where people can bring the things that they no longer need that others can use. There are many people out there that struggle.

I do think that people for the most part do choose who they feel and they usually don't want to admit that. I choose to be happy and I make good decisions with a result that makes me happy. That doesn't mean that bad things don't happen to me, but when they do, my attitude towards it makes me a positive and more happy person so it is easier to get through it. I think that is what I see you doing too.

I experienced a lot of miracles too. Not sure how far I went into the rabbit hole by now. It sometimes is very Alice-like.
My own way to try to get miracles is to not begrudge another what I want for myself. My luck is very strange and really strong, but I found it had a very strong karmic component.
It's actually not as easy as it sounds, to not begrudge others in any way. It means I need to avoid envy and jealousy, which isn't all that simple. Particular in those cases, where I did care for others in that way, but ended up empty-handed myself. That envy runs strongly in my family doesn't make it any easier.
