Honestly in the beginning I used to scoff at your childish antics. But now I am a great fan of yours. You are very humble and your demos and teaching methods are very practical. You have a lot of bragging rights, but you are never given to brag. Am sure your students are a fortunate lot and they will turn out to be accomplished martial artists. Wish you every success in your mission. Respectful regards. Bhasi.

Great video my friend!! Yeah I started doing these Indian Exercises. See wrestling training is the best training in getting conditioned to withstand pain and no wonder all the Japanese Fighters do this. I obtained info indirectly from Karl Gotch but this was not like this. I want originally and found it. !! I was sick with type 1 juvenile diabetes at 28 yo. I dropped weight to 128 lbs at 5 ft 10 in tall at 30 years old.
So I started doing Hindu Squats and pushups at 33 years old. I appreciate the proper names and techniques as I was instructed indirectly and I was told you hit your hands every time on the floor or ground plus the front balls of feet stay up. I incorporated jump rope training integrating both for brutal training and at 44 years young weighed 223 pounds and had a resting heart rate of 35 beats per minute. I was able to do 50 pull-ups, 50 handstand pushups, 450 conventional pushups, 500 hindu squats, hundreds of sit-ups. I recall my form being lousy I thought but I wasn’t using a mirror and no smartphones back then. I was doing varieties of different style hand placement for pull-ups. Then I stopped with the Indian push-ups and after maybe 10 years . I had or knew no one here in MAINE of the USA doing these. And with the wrestling bridging was to have nose to the floor and hold for 3 minutes.
My neck got big to like 21 1/2 inches. But also was doing all my weight was held by my neck against the wall. I would be upside down and all the weight is supported on my neck going all 4 different angles and was doing 200 reps each position three times or 3 sets. It took 15 minutes. What happened to me one day was I got dizzy and spit out pink stuff not knowing it was blood. I have bone spurs on my spine so I stopped stretching my neck in wrestlers Bridge with nose to the floor backwards. My flexibility form was poor with that wrestler bridge and hold position. So I only was doing the whole body weight supported by my neck against a door or wall.
Now I had to watch everything I was eating and observed unrefined organic coconut oil gave me the best stamina and noticed higher consumptions of almonds and other nuts could do high amounts of leg squats. Also noticed eating oily mackerel increased my stamina exponentially like the unrefined coconut oil. Inflammation was halted with burning by consuming the raw mackerel. I eat mostly raw everything and my inflammation is halted and can endure more. I watched the Great Gamma video and he was eating and consuming milk, butter, chicken and other meat he started at 15 yo.
What I read when 24 years old was a book written by Weston A Price: Nutrition and Physical Degeneration will change humanity throughout the world as he was head researcher in dentistry in the USA back in the 1920’s- 1930’s studying 14 different countries with his wife who was a nurse. Unfortunately they didn’t go to India or Russia, Japan, China but he visited very isolated primitive tribal hunter gatherers and farmer people. So he observed modern foods of commerce were detrimental to one’s health as refined white floor and refined white sugar products as well as sugar laden jams and jellies of canned goods wrecked havoc with dental cavities, poor facial development, crowding of teeth and poor mental and physical development.
His book needs to be taught in all schools and college campuses throughout the world. Nutrition is everything in having healthy offspring and good dental arch formation, room for your wisdom teeth,. Better dental arch formation. Every culture Price visited he warned the people to stay away from modern foods off commerce being refined white flour and refined white sugar products. No canned or artificial anything and stick with your primitive traditional foods.
His observations everywhere that people who ate traditional high fat soluble-activator foods like organ meats, raw organic milk, grass-fed butter, seafood, wild game meat, fish roe that these people rarely had dental decay and had beautiful pearl white teeth and broad dental arch development. Their minds were sharp and very strong physiques as well as characters were observed being very honest and not caring about money. These strangers treated you like family.
    So Price studied the :
    1) Swiss of Loetschental Valley
    2) Gaelics of Isle of Hebrides
    3) Eskimos
    4) Northern American Indians
    5) Melanesians
    6) Polynesians
    7) 32 African Tribes
    8) Australian Aborigines
    9) Torres Strait Islanders
    10) New Zealand Maori
    11) Peruvian Indians
In Chapter 22 of his book shows a 14 year old young lady who had 42 cavities attack 24 teeth. Her dentist recommended a full set of dentures but INSTEAD Price recommended eating their traditional foods 3 meals a day with the additional consumption of high vitamin butter and high vitamin cod liver mixed 50/50 and she consumed like a teaspoon with each meal 3 times a day. So the time frame was seven months and Price has x-rays shown . After the 7 months she was examined and all the dental cavities healed on their own with a secondary dentin which is a yellow pigment filling material to heal your teeth. She did eventually have a bad wisdom tooth extracted. But this in and of itself is remarkable. !! Modern dentistry is crooked.
What high vitamin butter is when the cows or other farm animals being milked consume the grasses growing the fastest in like spring and summer were two growth spurts. This gave the butter the highest vitamin and mineral content. Also people can artificially irrigate the grounds and you can make your own high vitamin butter yourself.
The last words of Weston A Price: YoU TEACH.. YOU TEACH.. YOU TEACH.
