Tip: Put cardboard directly on top of your pallets. Then put down your heat mats. Doing this creates a more of a stable "table". It also allows more even heating under your trays (retaining the heat from the mats) and allows you to place your trays how you want. It's also recommended that cardboard also go on top of the heat mat. So, you'd want to make a "sandwich" (cardboard, heat mat, cardboard). This allows for more of the heat to be evenly distributed, through the corrugated cardboard. You could also add some 1x2's or other wood scraps in between the larger slats on the pallets, to make more of a "table" out of them.💡 Just some ideas.😊 May the Lord bless all your doings!🙏 Everything looks incredible guys!🎇🏆 Way to go!! 🙌💞

I noticed as Bandit and Rocky followed Brooke outside, how big and fluffy they have gotten…they are quite the pudgy little things. I love how they play with Holly, and are getting acclimated to the homestead. This is awesome!

Every time I see Bandit and Rocky, it brings a huge smile to my face. They're just so beautiful and I feel so happy that they ended up with you guys. It's amazing the power that animals have in influencing one's mood.

Those pups really love Mama. Lucky to be her! Here in Minnesota it’s much too cold for gramma’s to walk puppies in winter. BUT we can have 🐈⬛ cats. They’re easier anyway. Dogs say love you, love you, love you. Cats say… I’m awake now, you can love me, love me, love me, but be careful!

Y'all are going to love having a grower green house for mature plants. You can add flowers for all seasons, and veggies too. Y'all are going to love growing over winter collard greens in the potagier garden greenhouse.

Looks like a terrific set-up! Nothing wrong with repurposing and being thrifty. I think I'd treat the pallets with some type of outdoor decking water repellent, marine sealant like they use for wood boats and in showers where wood is used, or a similar treatment like you did on your outside beds to help prolong the life of your pallet tables. Why rebuild more often then you need to? ❤️❤️☺️

I just love anything made out of pallet wood. Those tables are awesome and the new greenhouse is so perfect. Yay! Cannot help smiling at all the animals on the farm and the pups are so beautiful and fun. Holly Bear says thanks for the babies, cuz now I have frens to play with. I love the new greenhouse! The pallet tables turned out great! What I love about your farm is that everything is neat and orderly. It is not only easy on the eyes but it brings a sense of peacefulness and joy! When it all matures it will be most beautiful! If you put a propane heater in the green house make sure it is a vented heater and that it is vented to the outside of the greenhouse. None vented allows the fumes to stay in the greenhouse while non toxic to people the fumes are toxic to plants.
Yes, Living Traditions put a propane theater in the sprout house and had to replace it with a vented one.

It is so incredible to think back a few years when you first got the land. I was a bit sad seeing you all day goodbye to the original Cog Hill, but knowing you’d make this place just as magical. Holy cow, I can’t believe it now! So much time and energy, and all these beautiful babies getting to live the best life ever with your family! Big Family small farm made some tables with 2x4's and a wire tabletop. They made a box frame with legs on it and staples wire on the top. Less wood to rot with standing water and plenty of drainage and made just wide enough for trays of seed to sit on.
The new greenhouse looks wonderful. It is so convenient being close to the house and portage garden. The puppies and Holly are a 3 some. 💞
Maybe run an electrical line so you can plug in at the greenhouse and not run cords. Fantastic video loved it ❤❤😊😊😊

Beautiful greenhouse! Very jealous❤. I've tried a few times with soft structures but we get too much wind and they get destroyed 😢. My only option is solid sided and those are $$$. Enjoy it, looking forward to watching it grow 😊

Those puppies are growing so fast. Maybe Rocky will always be a bit smaller than his brother, but he seems to be catching up fast. I'm looking forward to when you get their DNA test results back because their nearly identical coats, coloring and markings lead me to guess they might be purebred. I would be surprised if they are "Heinz 57 variety" pups.
We got about 10 inches of snow and more snow expected in the next 2 days. I'm grateful for the moisture. We can use it in the desert. I'm not starting my garden anytime soon!
