Thank you so much!!
I'm 18 years old, and I'm proud to say that I enjoy your videos more than netflix!
Every one of your videos convince me that I could do an instant chicken garden but this one is packed with so much knowledge that all I need now is to get started. Thank you for your videos.
Great to hear!
Dear Justin and family,
Thank you for vlogging and uploading videos nearly everyday. I have severe depression and watching your videos along with Sow the Land's content help me greatly. Thank you.
Good to know. Glad to help in some way.
Justin your daddy is looking down from heaven so proud of you.
Ah, thanks!
You could grow cucs or pole beans on the fence for free feed chicken treats!!
The feed I by for my chickens costs less than the fertilizer I bought before. So I get eggs for free and better vegetables than I had before, and they eat slugs too!
Yeahhh, Mr Brown got his shoes! He is getting so big ♡
The Beautiful One
Jason you crck me up. You get excited about dirt. Which makes me excited about dirt. 😂
Love it!
It’s BEAUTIFUL but we have eagles and hawks here. Thank you for all of your videos. I so enjoy your works and watching your family. You ALL are awesome and such a great example of how to farm.
Justin, we had a similar screen to sift compost but what we did was suspended it from chains from a swing set style A-Frame and beam that allowed for us to shake it over a wheelbarrow. If you're going to do a large quantity next spring something like that would probably make the process easier.
Black gold!
Ur so cool to ur kids..God bless to ur family fr. Oman
I love these farm videos, I live in an apartment and currently growing small crops
Love your Chicken Yard. It is great idea. Works well for Chickens and Humans. Great Compost System for sure. I also like the one in the back with the Metal Carport. These systems work great from what I can tell. I always put Straw in my Chickens run in the winter. It's covered and the Girls love to scratch and lay in the straw. By end of winter Straw and Poo has been broken down so I put in Garden. Once in garden I add Nitrogen then water real good everyday for 3 days, then do every other day for 6 days, then do every 3 days 9 days. By then it's ready to be used for gardening. I add dirt on top of Straw and Poo afterwards before I plant also. I have great success with this method. I also use straw to help control weeds. I learn so much from your Videos. God Bless and Peace Be With You All ☮️🙏❣️
Thank you for this! I've been keeping chickens for quite a few years now, however just started gardening this year. I just ordered 2 new flocks to be my garden preppers that we plan to enclose (split down the middle) for 2 new gardening spaces to the side of our current barn (and won't need a chicken tractor and its cost because they'll be cooped up in the barn stalls at night with a manure catcher underneath their roosts). I'm anxiously awaiting getting this new system up and running and so thankful we found your channel prior to getting deep into gardening!!
Now y’all need to build a chicken tractor for them that matches that awesome new chicken run
We will
Your garden looks beautiful.
Thanks so much

Nice that the chikens make the compost👍🏻
The chickens laughed!
Hello all! Another great day.
YES more garden videos
Those planters look deep enough to take even Parisian Carrots, probably be great for urban gardeners working on balconies and fences.
Hay Justin. You forgot to link the place you got your potting pots along your chicken run by your front yard garden. I am really wanting to get my mom some. Could you please send me the link to where you got them. Thanks. Love all you do for people. Hugs. :)
Waited for "Carbonatious Diaper" statement... ..did I miss it?
Lol.. love your channel.
LOL. I guess I didn't squeeze it there.
What a timely video for me !!! Im installing the deep bed chip in my chicken run now. I have a question though ? how deep can i go on the set up ? from mud to what 6-8 inch or go as deep as i can ? I do Love your videos ! Thanks
Randoff could build the rail planters instead of plastic.
Thats awesome!
your farm is really looking good. hard work pays off, be proud of yourselves. did the beautiful one edit this or did you? if she did she saw your trip down on the farm, lol. i hope you were ok though.
Yeh she ended up seeing this in the long run. LOL.
Hi lifting each corner of the coop and shoving he chips under each wheel before pulling the whole tractor would work better.

Hey from Va. Love your channel and God Bless your family. I just got ready to ask how you keep your hens in the run and BAM there you go with the scissors...lol!
My idea for a chicken run is tin roof shaid cloth for open sun i do braid net
Ahhhhh, I'm coveting your soil!!
Why you was in the chicken coop? I seen one of the flower pots filled with water. I think it needs new holes in it.
Hello Justin and family! How do you get your chickens in their home and could you go over your rotation schedule for the animals. Thank you. Much love from Utah!
They go up automatically.
Rebeccas like......yes, no , yes as she is working non stop and you talking. Lol. Hope she never turns on ya.
Wow
I also noticed you now have 666K subscribers! Had to laugh because we just were discussing the Rapture after church today and after watching a John MacArthur message from the 15th. :D
Brother, those are hog panels and not cattle panels
You have frequently had trouble planting directly into gardens the chickens have been moved from. I have always been told, chicken manure needs to be composted at least 6 months. It is a "hot" manure. Do you know anything about this and do you think this has contributed to failure in the past when you have had to amend the soil after planting?
I haven't had any problems actually. Well, maybe the yellowing, but it's minor and it's from lack of nitrogen.
Nobody believes your farm doesn’t stink!! I’ve told them I swear by it lol
Sometimes it stinks. Like this morning in the Turkey's. Welp, we just change their "diaper" and add organic matter (wood shavings). So if you have stink you have mis management. Either you need to move the animals on (if in pasture or in the yard in a mobile system) or add organic matter (if they are in a static system).
Justin, are animals really being buried because of lack of buyers because of Cobid-19? How can we buy directly from farmers?
Good question. It's definitely NOT from lack of buyers. There appears to be a bottle neck with the massive meat processing plants (not able to operate because of quarantine issues).
