These are the Days of our Lives was one of the last songs Freddie sang. It was his last video. He said goodbye to his fans with the last sentence, “I still love you” which is what he said in his concerts. He could barely stand up.
Sorry our last video bugged you. I’m also sorry that so much hate is here in the comment section. We record these a month before posting. They take that long to clear copyright. So we had recorded this three weeks before posting the last one that didn’t turn out well for us. We do read the comments and we definitely do care. For those viewers that have been with us for awhile, it’s sad that they haven’t realized who we are and how much we do care about others.
@@BoringReviews don’t mistake people’s remarks as hate. To Queen fans the Days song and those that came after in Freddie’s last recordings are emotional to listen to. I can’t listen to many of them even though I love them because I cry knowing the story behind them and what was happening at the time they recorded them. People are upset not hate filled. I assume you don’t research songs before you react to them and in situations like this it worked against you. You acknowledged in a comment on the Days video that you assumed he was dying so there was a lack of sensitivity because you aren’t as emotionally connected to Queen like their fans are which I get (a little). Why not just talk about this in your next Queen reaction and apologize? Don’t apologize your not liking the song, that is your opinion. This song is much, much, much more to us than the lyrics and the music. It pales in comparison to the message Freddie gave to us and what he had to endure just to deliver that message to us.
Thanks for the reply. But like I said in my reply we record these a month out of posting for copyright. So when we recorded this reaction we didn’t know about the response to the previous queen reaction as it hadn’t posted yet. That’s why we didn’t apologize or address it. It wasn’t posted when we recorded this.
Well, this was an unusual version of this great song! Most people pick Wembley, Montreal or Rio to get the full effect, but, still, your choice. I don't think it was the best version, though.
He wrote this for Mary. The love of his life. She was his fiancée and they split after his realisation that he was gay. He always lived her. He left Mary as his main beneficiary on his death.
Got it. We read the comments. This video was recorded before we posted that last one. We weren’t trying to disrespect him or his legacy. Sorry if it offended. That was never our intention
My favourite Queen song. I love Freddie’s interaction with the audience. There are better versions when the lyrics are sung back to him by the crowds live in Montreal and Rio. The words “ Love of my life” are engraved inside my wedding ring.
It's a beautiful song that stands on its own but fits nicely between the heavy upbeat rock numbers and gives the crowd a chance to join in . Queen were great live , not too many bands , particularly in those days were all - rounders .
You seem to want rock and roll Queen, but you pick the ballads or obscure versions. Back luck, but try One Vision or Under Pressure or Dragon Attack all live, if you want rock.

Sorry our opinions hurt you. But we will always give our honest opinions. People can disagree on songs. We weren’t being disrespectful to Freddie’s legacy or his state. We just didn’t like the song. Others love it. That’s cool.
I don’t think anyone really needs us. We just like to learn more things and give our opinions about things. Opinions aren’t always accepted well. Especially when they go against yours.
@@BoringReviews It matters not whether you like the song (I do appreciate you taking notice of the reflective nature of the lyrics.) Your remarks regarding Freddie’s abilities are the issue. Multiple commenters explained how ill he was by that time and was unable to move about. He died only six months after making this video. It was also round about this time that he was last able to record. His voice, however, stayed strong to the very end. It didn’t seem that you read the comments when, at the start of “Love of My Life”, you reiterated the insensitive remarks. Again, the offence isn’t your taste in music, it is simply a matter of respect. Overall, as an older person, I find it regrettable that visuals many times override the import of the musical performances. In fact, the studio recording of “Love of My Life” is lovely and the one to share with your wives. BTW, “Who Needs You” is a Queen song! Thank you for responding, I apologize for my abruptness.
@@ellet6560 we record these a month before posting them due to copyright. That’s why we didn’t address it. We weren’t making fun of him in anyway or disrespecting him. The video wasn’t my favorite but it was just the song that we didn’t care for. We do apologize for how it seemed. But we weren’t trying to trash him. We just didn’t like the song. Thanks for your reply. Hopefully we can now move on.
We love to react to music. I’m assuming this comment is coming from the last Queen song. Sorry our comments bugged you. We will try to do better but that is the risk you take on reacting to something for the first time. And being honest about it. People can’t handle opposing opinions. But we never intend on ever offending anyone.
Pkease read what we can be bothered to read what we write because if you did you wouldn't make such stupid and insensitive comments i.e "he wasn't running around". If you are going to react you have to be open to both fast sobgs and ballads.
Sorry you didn’t like our opinion that much. But we aren’t always going to agree. You’re right. We didn’t know the back story. I don’t think we were ever disrespectful to what he was going through. We just didn’t like the song or the video. Wasn’t trying to hurt anyone.
That’s too bad. Sorry to hear that. Sorry that our opinion would ruin the entire channel and all the time and energy we’ve spent trying to entertain our audience. Kinda sad that is all it takes.
I have read the comments on that last one. But we hadn’t posted it when we recorded this. It takes a month for these to clear copyrights. We get that our opinion was very unpopular and ticked a lot of people the wrong way. I still don’t like that song. I still feel that the video seemed off. Now I better know why. We are always going to give our authentic reactions to what we listen to. We’re sorry it hurt so many people. We can’t go back in time or retract what we said. We will move on. But I don’t think it’s fair to have one reaction sum up all the others we have done and especially for Queen. We have been very positive with this band and have loved them. But telling me that I should stop with the music just motivates me to do more. And be better. It’s a bad message that I would never recommend to anyone that if they have a hiccup they should quit.

Thanks for letting us know.
You can tell they didn't read the comments from the last time - Freddie was at death's door and they expected him to be strutting!
I said the same cos they still didn't acknowledge they knew it was his last song and he struggled but he did it for the fans
It pisses me off, they clearly don't give af

You do realise Freddie was very close to his death on the last one, he could hardly stand and was in a lot of pain, he was basically singing goodbye.
Yes. We get it now. We didn’t when we reacted but we got it. Thanks
Days of out lives was performed during Freddies last days. He was close to death when that was done
You should watch a live performance of this song. You have to always wach live performances of queen. They're so much better

Yes hed met David Minns
I read he wrote it from her perspective.
The last song you reviewed Freddie was at deaths door yet this guy wants him jumping about. The man was dying he could hardly stand up.

I am sure that is the Wembley 86 live version with a different video. You can hear yer man saying "GO ON FREDDIE AT THE START "

Thanks for the comments from all of you. I appreciate it.
Like what you like, it's not a crime to not be fully enamoured with a song or performance.
The studio version has Sir Brian playing the harp... He learned how to play just for this song!
The unique guitar sound is because it was a 12 string.
When you react to queen you should react to queen performing live.

We like it all. We liked this song. Gabe ain’t a huge fan of ballads but he is trying to expand his taste
