With Walking with Dinosaurs’ return in 2025, I think a retrospective review to the original 1999 series would be right up your alley.
Wait wait wait, what?
Fingers crossed that it’s good.
Even though I know it won’t be my ideal plan of taking the raw footage and replacing the models with up to date higher quality ones, changing some dates and species names, get Kenneth Branagh to record new lines to match and call it a day.
@@TheGodOfGravyI know. I’m very worried about if it will be good, and if it’s too much of a departure from the original WWD.
The fact that we've had 3 Resident Evil game remakes(soon to be 4) and still have no Dino Crisis remake in sight anywhere is crazy.
Dino crisis in the re engine has sooo much crazy potential
I bet it would at least sell as well as a mainline Resident Evil title. Especially if they marketed it right.
I’m scared of how much they’ll cut out tho on a remake
Well, actually, there already are 4 remakes of the RE games, the first one was Remade over 20 years ago.
@YSL8704 So a Dino Crisis remake is even more so than overdue now.
I'm most excited for Pteranodon 2: Primal Island!
1- Jurrasic Park Survival 11:30
2- Instinction 10:00
3- Pteranodon 2: Primal Island 8:53
4- Paleophage 7:40
5- Deathground 6:35
6- Echos of Extinction 5:22
7- The Lost Wild 4:11
8- Primeval Horizion 3:28
9- Compound Fracture 2:20
10- Dino Blade 1:05
"Top ten dino games that will never leave early access"
Depressingly likely
Yup
what's the reason behind this really curious
@@unoreversecard3283 Dino games are a niche genre so big publishers with lots of money stay away from them outside of branded park builders. That leaves small devs to try fill the niche (sometimes these devs are just a handful of guys working out of their garage. They always try and make games that are far too large in scale and technically challenging so they can never solve all the bugs and complete the features required for a full release. Generally these guys will make an awesome CGI trailer, then everyone gets on the hype train and buys in to early access and then we all get the pleasure of watching them flounder for the next half decade before giving up because they ran out of early access money and have to go back to their day jobs.
An idea of a dinosaur game with blades does sound interesting and funny.
2:15 The carnotaurus using Ruby Rose's Scythe from RWBY is too funny
Not as hilarious as a raptor wearing Roranora Zoro cosplay
Now I’m depressed because I remember how good of a show RWBY used to be and how much potential it’s writers squandered.
Never did I think anime and dinosaurs could meld together so well, but here I am with video examples of Dino-Blade.
I'm stunned, honestly.
There is something so metal seeing a T-rex wielding Rebellion from DMC 3
Did you see the news that Walking With Dinosaurs is back with a second season!
The Steam page for Compound Fracture got recently a news update with a new look of the reworked Raptor model
LOVE that dithering/warped texture style of Compound Fracture. I just replayed Dino Crisis a few months ago and it still holds up!
I'm actually kinda impressed there are so many dino games coming out. It would be my dream if dinosaurs came back into popular culture the way zombies did a decade ago, as long as they don't overstay their welcome like the latter certainly has...
That Roronoa Zoro raptor 😂
Cool video of the most brutal dinosaur games of 2024 and cool points you’ve made because those are pretty much terrifying and beyond deadly in my opinion.
Nice work Klayton and as always, Take It Easy and Life Finds A Way.
Thank you for the shout out! We look forward to show you guys more progress!
I'm currently working on 2 Prehistoric animal projects. I think I told you about Mass Effect: Paleo-Prime, but right now, I'm getting ready for computer class where we're making video games. The one I'm working on has Nanuqsaurus, Yutyrannus, Dryptosaurus, Homotherium, 4 different Troodontid species, Pachyrhinosaurus, 3 different Pachycephalosaur species, 1 Azhdarchid called Cryodraco, Alaskan Edmontosaurus, an Iguanodontian called Bolong, & Mastodons with Mammoth wool. but that's not all. if this game comes out, I'll be sure to suprise you
I miss playing Oakwood. Loved that Dino game
Lost Wilds looks amazing!! I'm definitely most excited for that game!! But the other games look promising as well.
Wow! That #2 Instinction looks dope AF! Especially that part where the player is looking up and you see and hear this massive therapod just slowly walking by. Gives you the chills!😨
Thanks for including Pteranodon 2: Primal Island! I am super excited for people to play it. I will be releasing a free demo showcasing the second level very soon. I hope everyone enjoys it!
Fingers crossed that The Primitive War ends up half-decent. Straight up battlefield Vietnam with saurs game potential.
Looks like this year is going to be an amazing year for Dinosaur fans with all the games releasing. I'm hoping these developers deliver, because other than Jurassic World Evolution 1 and 2, I feel like we're lacking really good dinosaur games. There are others like Ark (thought that has it's own host of problems) and the Isle, but not nearly as much as there could be, especially when compared to how popular dinosaurs are. I suppose it's not nearly as mainstream as other genre's of horror, but it's an untapped market right now, and if they do it right it could lead to bigger studio's seriously considering more Dinosaur themed horror survival games.
I love that #3 looks like a remade Peter Jackson’s King Kong. I remember as a kid I replayed the raft V-Rex escape mission over and over constantly, improving my rib and spear throws to try to get a perfect score.
Hi I am the developer for Pteranodon 2: Primal Island. I loved Peter Jackson King Kong game as a kid and it inspired me to make this game. I will be releasing a free demo of the second level soon and I would love for you to try it out. I put my own flavor in the game but let's just say I couldn't help myself and I just had to add a rafting section.
Love dark and violent dinosaur games!
I just wish Dino Crisis was made into a movie already!
Okay, love this list!~ Wish there were some title card for each entry or even a timestamp for each one, but oh well.
Also, side note, I think that Primeval: Horizon game is based on the BBC tv show of the same name (which was if the TV show Fringe was combined with Jurassic Park almost)
Y’know, lowkey. I feel like we need an entire Jurassic park like- tour game. That lets you see what the ENTIRE park looked like! I just feel like it would be neat to see what the visitor center looks like in the inside. Etc Etc, and they could probably repurpose that into a game!
Let’s also not forget about Jurassic Park: Operations (although now it’s going to be called Cretaceous Kingdom). If not all of the games shown in the video, then almost all of them are made by professional studios, while Cretaceous Kingdom is created only by one man using a PlayStation!
Well done!
Awesome video❤
These dinosaurs games are going to be fun, especially that game with Dinosaurs fighting with blades, that is some anime type stuff right there.
Dino blade having the most famous swords like Cloud's Buster sword, etc. got my attention right away. Can't wait!
The anklyosaur from dinoblade has some of the sickest mace attacks I will tell you that much.
Love the coverage of different games coming out, always excited for more dino content, especially dino crisis like ❤
Oh I’ve been following the Dinoblade Dev since before he began development and the way it’s been going is just so cool
How amazing would it be if at summergame fest Capcom reveals Dino Crisis remake. Wishful thinking of a Primal Rage remake too.
These dinosaur games look awesome I could definitely tell that some of them have inspiration from both dino crisis and Jurassic Park compound fracture deeply shows that it was inspired by both another game that I am definitely looking forward to is deathground.
Dino-Blade definitely takes the cake for this list. Never in my life have I needed something so much and never known until I discovered it. It's so goofy and ridiculous AND I LOVE IT!!
The Lost Wild is what interests me most but I'd REALLY want a dinosaur hunting game in a level of details somewhere of theHunter: Call of the Wild and Way of the Hunter.
Heck yeah 👍
That’s great
Thanks for the video!! See you later!! Stay safe.😊
Im really looking forward to this one game Ferocious. I really hope it releases this year 🤞
Who else remembers DinoRun2 ?
I do.
Here
DinoBlade reminds me when I was younger. I used to have those dollar store dino toys and would make them fight. Nice to see someone actually made a really creative game; if he holds true to his ideas of course.
We need Klayton to do a Jurassic Park Survival Let's Play, like he did with Trespasser! 🦖
I outta tell you about the dinosaur(-ish) game that I have planned somewhere down the line as part of a mega-franchise I'm developing. That first clip at the start actually reminded me a lot of it.
Dinosaurs fighting each other with weapons and anime moves. I don't what the guy who thought of that was smoking, but Dino Blade is one that I am 💯 keeping an eye on. 🤣🤣✋
The Lost Wild is my top non-Jurassic game that I'm excited for. The trailer is over the top amazing and I can't wait to be scared of dinos. Its what I'm looking forward to the most from the Lost Wild, Deathground & Instinction. Park Builders are fun and let you showcase the beauty of these animals... but it almost glosses over just how terrifying it would be if you were stranded on an island JP style with nothing. JP does a great job showing how scary being in a forest with raptors would be, or a Rex walking past you... and I want that feeling in a video game so bad.
Theres a Demo for a game on steam called Fallen World. Its a Dino survival, kinda jurassic style. I have no clue when the game will be out (its been in my list for 3 years) but playing through the demo and running from raptors was one of the scariest things I've done in a game with dinos
I heard the new jurassic park game is supposed to be here by December, it had been slotted for 2024 release still as far as I know.
Play Oakwood, Klayton! $5 first person Dino horror that came out in 2018.
It looks like what The Lost Wild will be just with lower quality visuals and more scripted sequences. It’s only an hour to beat but well worth it if you’re a Dino horror game fan
A Jurrassic Park game following the events of the movies would be cool, like we play as an investigator of sorts and we follow the footsteps of the main cast from Jurrasic Park 1, 2 and 3 and maybe the new movies. or we play as the main cast themselves.
Minute 2:15. I see a Carno with Crescent Rose. I now want it.
Been following the Dino blade dude for a long time now
All those games look fantastic looking forward to checking them out im hoping the new jurassic film is in the vein of James Cameron's aliens that would be so cool
There is also “Unknown Tapes” practically Jurassic Park analog horror, truly terrifying. The demo is already playable now
Thanks for this
Bro nice Razor Ramon profile pic!
@KlaytonFioriti Thanks man!.
1:50 YEAH! VELOCIRAPTOR ZORO!🤘😎🤘
AND CHAINSAW MAN VELOCIRAPTOR!🤘😎🤘
These look good.
My top 2 favorite ones is going to be jurassic park survival and death ground I don't know about Death Ground coming out on playstation five But I found jurassic park survival on Play Station 5. And I Just. Wishlist It If it comes out I'm a play it Because I'm so excited from the new game.
Ferocious on Steam is the one im looking forward to the most
EXTINCTION LOOKS SOO GOOD AND IM SO EXCITED FOR JURASSIC PARK SURVIVAL, only thing is I dont have a pc 😭😭😭 im so sad
2:14
I recognize this weapon 😂
Dino Blade reminds of those dinosaur tournament animations by pong1977 & I'm all for it
When will you review 65 and the lost world from 1925?
Compound fracture lools awesome.
Wow
I am born 2008 love this series since I was young, to be honest jurassic park
Dino Blade is so badass. I can really see the game getting a lot of attention if it becomes official
👍👍
Please do a walking with the dinosaurs review the earlier one first please
Would love to see Compound Fracture on Switch.
Hey man I was wondering what you thought of the new alien Romulus trailer?
Looks cool to me!
@@KlaytonFioriti ya man I can’t wait
I'm really interested in Compound Fracture, but man I wish we could get an estimate of when the game's coming out.
How crazy would it be that if in JP Survival you run into Muldoon who survived like in the Topps comics
The Lost wild is game that im most excited for
i really hope deathground eventually comes out 💔 i have been following it since its first trailer/teaser and have been wishing for its comeback for so long.
It's always a good day when you post.
You forgot Son and Bone, a game where you play as a cowboy in a Doom meets Turok style game.
Very fun looking list, hopefully they come to consoles. As for JP Survival, this game has a lot of importance for me and a lot to live up to. Hope it's good.
I don't think we've gotten any Jurassic park content(comics, games or films) in many years that was true to what the franchise was from the start, World trilogy was a disaster.
Yeessssssssssssssssss 👌🏿
Damn that JP survivor trailer looks like an AAA game
~ No one trying to make a Primal Carnage, weird
Survival is our only Option on this secluded Island.❤
Dino Blade is gonna slay....hoping it gets a console release as well....💀
I still wait for a game like the Isle where I can play as an aquatic dinosaur and just swim around and do nothing.
Nr 10 I've been following since I saw a random animation on twitter when it first started appearing. I didn't even know they were gonna make a game until recently though!
Also, to anyone reading this, I urge you to check out "Path Of Titans". I love that dino game
Sweet I was just about to look up a video about new dinosaur games coming🫡
There's definitely a few on here that I am very excited for - more in the survival horror genre. I'm just tired of park builders and chat room avatar simulators. I want an adventure game filled with atmosphere.
Hopefully my game Pteranodon 2: Primal Island will scratch that itch for you! It's a no frills semi linear adventure game. No crafting just straightforward spear throwing action! Well....there are a few areas where you have to swim.....I wonder what kind of creatures lurk beneath the depths? 😉
deathground has me most excited
I can see the GamingBeaver playing these games once they come out.
Surprised The lost tapes wasn't mentioned
Ferocious trailer?!
😮
there's definitely a hungry market for dinosaur games and Capcom should jump back on the band wagon and remake Dino Crisis. i found out that Jurassic Park Survival was actually a Cancelled Project from the early 2000's, it was going to be developed by Savage entertainment and published by Vivendi, Konami, originally planned to release on the gamecube, original xbox, pS2 and PC. it would have released in November of 2001, Development began in October 2000. Initially, the game was to be based on the 2001 film Jurassic Park III. However, the film was in production at that time and could not provide visual reference to the game's development teams, who had to devise their own designs and ideas. Vivendi Universal ultimately decided that the game would only be inspired by the film, rather than based on it, and subsequently chose to include elements not featured in the film. In July 2001, Savage ended development due to payment conflicts with Vivendi Universal, which was dissatisfied with the progress of the game. In North America, the game was expected to receive a Teen rating.
I wish we could get a helldivers 2 with dinosaurs
It would be nice to have the names of the games in the description.
Thanks for the video, mate. God bless you.
God bless you too!
When will capcom remake the first Dinocrisis?
We need a far cry style game but with dinosaurs
has anybody talked about why owen didn’t finish the house he was building in fallen kingdom?
or what happened to it?
12:20 no it's not? unless you mean you can wishlist it.
how bout a list of best currently released games on console
That’s actually a good idea! Ark is one of the better ones imo
@@KlaytonFioriti i keep watching these videos of yours trying to find a new game to play, but they are either on pc only, or not out yet :(
The dino fighting game looks like they have taken anime characters like Roronoa Zoro and Chainsaw Man and made them into dinosaurs.
No love for Goner?
