The most beautiful voice on the planet. Linda is amazing. She has the perfect blend of sweetness and power. It doesn’t get any better. Great choice. 🌺✌️
Before the Eagles were formed, Glenn Frye and Don Henley were in her band. They spoke to her about forming their own band and the Eagles were created with her blessing and suggestions of others in her their band. They loved Linda were upset that it took so long for this woman to be put in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She inspired most of the female star singers that came out like Bonnie Raitt, Stevie Nicks, etc., and was one of the only single female artists who could sell out a stadium herself. Her power was beautiful. Love 💕 her always.
She is one of the Greatest female vocalists of our times! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 So much more then just this beautiful song. Her back up band early on was the Eagles! Her Mariachi music is other worldly, her big band music is fantastic.
Whenever Linda appeared on stage with the Eagles she sang lead on Desperado. The 2 writers of the song Glen Frey and Don Henley have praised Linda's rendition. Glen Frey said Linda's rendition helped make Desperado the Eagles signature song. Don Henley claims Linda's version made Desperado a classic. Then there's JD Souther, who either collaborated with or wrote songs the Eagles recorded, says Linda can sing it better than you (the song writer).
Linda is one of the all time great singers. She has sung many different styles of music over the years. Just an absolutely gorgeous voice. I'd like to recommend two great country singers who don't get enough recognition. The songs are Mockingbird by Allison Moorer and 500 miles by Rosanne Cash (yes she is Johnny's daughter) Both performances are from the same show called the Transatlantic Sessions.
it Doesn't Matter anymore from this same concert for a glimpse of Linda's sweet/somewhat shy personality in the 70s ua-cam.com/video/GfMNnZL-YuM/v-deo.html
She is a true legend! She is my favorite female singer. ❤
