It isn't once you gain experience with it. That includes being in the right modes and not just Sport+ as this driver was. That's full attack track mode.
I know for sure standard m4 (not the brand new but probably will be the same with g82) have speakers that amplifies engine sound, does m2 have this thing too? I mean, this sound doesnt seem it comes 100% clear from the engine
The in-cabin sound is synthesized here also. Dr Brian, you're clueless. The engine noise is not a recorded file - the sound system channels the real engine noise and amplifies it, playing with different frequencies too. It can be coded out, but then cabin is quieter due to body insulation.
Why dude? The M2C is the better driver's car. On M4C you get more top end power and it's more remote due to its adaptive suspension (they do smoothen the ride). Inside, it has a leather-trimmed dashboard, head-up display and seatbelt minder. But with the instruments (2 extra gauges) and shiny carbon make it look very dated. Tracked both, the M2C is an animal!

The Supra is a joke! It has an automatic box (not a DCT), it's a Z4 coupé made in Austria and its B58 engine doesn't have the top end power or better cooling and auxiliaries as on an S-series M engine, like this S55. It's quick (but not necessarily quicker) and less manic, but M2C has a full cabin and boot and the better choice if you just don't want a 2 seater.
Man I just love the sound of this thing! I don't let being blind bother me because I can still enjoy these pov test drives!

You’d think bmw would provide an AUX OUT so you could record the mp3 they use.

It's not digital. The 2 big gauges are analogue, but bottom right is an LCD display. It's a clever mix.
