I received today an exemplar of the new PUSH TURN MOVE book from Kim Bjørn. On 352 pages you will find everything about the interface design of electronic music instruments, see never before seen prototypes of well-known instruments (Teenange Engineering OP-1, Native Instruments Monark...), as well as exciting interviews with manufacturers and artists. This would be a great interactive iBook!
• Click on a picture of a Moog, hear a riff.

An iBook can be updated as important new gear is released and new techniques are used in making music.
Yet, it looks like a great book anyway! Thanks for sharing it.
It looks beautiful. I'm sad I could not support their kickstarter. Hopefully I'll be able to get a copy soon because, as you say, it is a must have for synth heads. Big up for featuring this in your channel. It is good to also reflect on how we relate to our beloved sound-making machines.

Really excited to check this book out, but I am surprised it doesn't seem to cover Bastl Instruments at all - I'd think those guys would be mentioned for sure

Sad..i though this book was explaining modular synthesis..but no;..its just a catalogue of synths...Shame!
The modular book is called "Patch & Tweak" and will be released in October ;) This was the first book about the design of music tech products ;)
