- RTIC - soft cooler - what happens with age, these are two soft coolers that I've had for years. Purchased new from Artic website. The inside is not too bad but the outside material is decaying and flacking off. It's looks like it was varnished. It's hard and crunchy. In my opinion the quality is very poor.

Id like to add they updated their soft coolers and are completely new material come with bottle opener and super affordable. RTIC for life
They won't give me a replacement at all, and they don't have a lifetime warranty, you lose..........
@@bigdavid1 yea. All i can say is they have changed the soft coolers, not sure when, and they seem very quality now to me. Only paid 40$ tooz The material is some sort of hard polyester now. Comes with cool bottle opener. Material its made of now is nothing that can flake off like in the video, which many other brands have used in the past years for lunchboxes an other things. I personally dont expect to get a lifetime warranty with a 40$ cooler….. lol…..
