I like your analysis when you stopped the video to go over your mistake of not dropping the 2 cities! With the yop in hand I feel like it makes the decision to drop the 2 cities a lot easier.

that wood setup would be sick for #4, just thinking red could take the double wood. But the 4-5-8 locks out a third of the board basically, locks the brick, soooo good! If it's not a bot I think he has a great shot to win this!

You were so close on that two city idea. I think it would have made you the target but it had so much prodcution
Fun fact, you were one card off of the win when you paused the video. One wood could've gotten you city city longest road.
At first I agreed on the fact that you should have gone for the 2 cities intead of devving. But definetely didn't agree on the idea of getting longest road, which was clearly getting locked by orange next turn and it would been a terrible waste cos u were not winning on that turn anyways... using yop for 2 woods would have still left you 1 road short from winning.
So, if you think carefully you see that going for the 2 cities meant giving up army and opting to hard build to 10 points, which would have needed 2 roads, a settlement, and another city. that was not an easier task than trying to win hitting army and vps by devving.
Either way, orange would have won... at that point he was already only 2 roads and a settlement away from the win. So no regrets, really

I definitely would pick the city and consider another settle - it looks like there’s already many vps already out so the chances for vps are lower

That was Actually frustrating game to watch .. So many mistakes
in your case I would've gone 3-6-11, perfect OWS with probably the sheep port, locking out black from proper sheep, great number diversity.!
How do you deal with people who actively throw against you. I have lost 3 in a row on 9 points from people purposefully feeding someone else the win
why didnt you take the city at 17:24? Not even the play you were talking about... I can't believe you didnt value the double sheep city, surely that was a priority?
Agreed on avoiding the Dev game. Dev game is totally a lottery ticket hope for a win.
You had ability to make a sheep factory and pop thereafter.
Short sighted.
Besides you would have gotten to 8 that cannot be taken away from you.
Much stronger than popping Devs and being weak.
One more thing. Had you city city there. You had option to go for all three options towards 10. Soldier or Road or Settlement.
But going Dev there your weak thereafter. Could only win by playing the lottery.
Think I would of went 9 4 6 as brick is tough with only 5 so 2 should go on 5 just imo
Yeah with the game heating up and everyone getting close to winning, buying a million devs isnt the play b/c you can only play 1 per turn
Yes I think your dubbed in opinion was right. If you had built 2 cities there you likely would have won. Oh well.................
