I closed my business 4/16/22 due to covid. I’m where she’s at. Lonely & need to find a job. People who ‘loved’ you are gone. No one is there to help me get up including my spouse. It’s very lonely, no one knows what to do when you ask for help. (or even a job)
My name is Tannis Babos. Thank you Mel and Jenna for your much needed advice. You’re right it’s a lonely place being an entrepreneur. But I feel you have to make a conscious choice and effort in keeping your connections. Yes I know it’s a lonely place but I’m only one phone call away from changing that feeling and that thought. We are in the pizza business - there was no slow down during covid in fact quite the opposite. Less staff but more orders. Still struggling today with staffing and rising cost.
Our business is linked to our USA investment visa - there is no taking a break or walking away. All of our help ( family) is back in the uk.
