@@cafeconleche444 there is a decent amount of nutrition there, and cooking can actually sometimes help increase the bioavailability of veggies, with only minimal nutrition loss. So there actually is a decent amount of nutrition. But yea, there is definitely also a lot of fat too. The main issue with that is just the increase in calories. But for only one part of the meal, it shouldnt be that bad. Also, fats and proteins are different things. Proteins are generally really good for you. Fats vary. unsaturated fats are "healthy fats", while saturated fats are the unhealthy fats. Looks like a veggie oil was used, so most of the fats in this dish will be the better unsaturated fats. Shouldnt be too high in saturated fats. So really the only problem with this dish is mainly just the amount of calories (depending on their calorie goals), and potentially the salt content, but didnt seem like it was too much salt. So overall, id say it was a pretty decently healthy lunch. Not the most healthy, but definitely could do far worse.

By the time you take your lunch, the Takoyaki will be SO SOGGY!! WTF... Love the idea, but i think everyone can agree that takoyaki is best eaten hot and crispy

what is the texture of takoyaki? i have been told its like a tendon from chicken, is that true? I would really love to try it but i have huge issue with texture!
@@IceSpiderGaming the closest texture I can say it resembles is rubber tbh. Bean noodles are softer and chicken tendons imo are impossible to chew, so it's not like either of those things! Idk if you've ever had tteok-bokki, but it's sort of like an undercooked version of that. It's very chewy!
Takoyaki has a unique texture. The outer layer is crispy (not crispy crunchy) and golden-brown while the inside is soft, creamy, and almost custard-like. The pieces of octopus (tako) inside are chewy, giving a nice contrast to the soft batter. The combination of these textures, along with the toppings like bonito flakes and sauce, creates a flavorful bite that's crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside.
The texture is extremely special. The closest thing I can describe it to as it is like a thick crispy pancake covered with a really thick caramel sauce or teriyaki sauce, only off-putting thing about the texture is the octopus, as you need to chew it a lot like bubblegum or fried calamari and it can feel chewing rubber
