    Thanks for laying this out! If you work for a product that has a B2B profile, do you create personas or business profiles? Or both? And how exactly do you apply the needs of a person and a company in your communication? And how do you use industry profiles in this process if you have a complex product?

    Thanks for laying this out. I wasn’t aware of persons grids. I can see this as a next level understanding of the user and changing there behaviors. Really appreciate it.
