Bread flour 380g｜2,2/3cup
Sugar 40g｜5Tbsp+1tsp
Fresh milk 210ml+-
Whole egg 1｜55g+-
Instant yeast 5g | 1/2Tbsp
Salt 5g | 1tsp
Unsalted butter 60g｜1/4cup
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 15-17 minutes

I made this soft bread for my family who enjoyed it and finished it in one day!! I would like to share my experience here: first of all I used all purpose flour because I don't have Bread flour. I used my hand to kneed the dough for 7 minutes. The only unexpected step for me was when you added the dry yeast as it is to the dough without mixing it with water especially that the dough was already a ball!! Overall, I followed your recipe and the final result was very soft and yummy bread just like a cotton 😋 I would like to say thank you, God bless you and I would definitely try your other recipes ❤
