Looooved this so much!!! Your plants, the vibes, everything is immaculate 🌿💚 also binged the rest of your videos afterwards haha. So glad you’re here on UA-cam! 🤗 looking forward to your next video x
🌱🪴Your collection is stupendous! I have enjoyed seeing 👁️👁️your tour. I like your explanations of how you care for each one in your space/environment. It’s great.👍🏽
@@MonefsjungleI concur w/ @lynmartin1548. Please tell me the artist of the piece in your living room. I really like the women’s headdresses in the artwork. I’d like to purchase one.
@@Monefsjungle OK now I am seeing another painting and it looks like abstract women and the colors look to be beige tan off white maybe a mauve or rusty brown color. It is hanging on the wall behind a tan chair that you have in your living room. please inform me where you got that sister I would love to have it in my collection.
Thanks to yotube for suggesting your channel. Love you plant collection, ...and your dress, beautiful. The dress adds so much tropical paradise vibe to the decor.
Awwww, the burro's tail! I have two of them, and I love LOVE LOVE them! There is another one, with elongated, pointy leaves, which is my other one. Am about to move house, so I did the only sensible thing: I took cuttings to start the plants again from scratch. I shall have to look for a perfect PERMANENT spot for them in the new place :)
I love your plant collection. I ran into your channel recently and I'm almost done watching all your videos. Very positive and peaceful vibes which goes well with the indoor jungle. I don't know how you do it with 100 plants. I have 25-30 plants and I am overwhelmed lol. 😊
Thank you for watching, I’m so glad you are enjoying it! It’s definitely a lot to care for, but it makes me feel calm and grounded. I do have to be careful not to get overwhelmed, anything over 125 I have realized veers onto stressful territory for me. 🌿🌿🌿
New subscriber, I can’t pick a favourite you do so well caring for them all! 😊that you and my monstera made me laugh, so cute. Looking forward to the next video.
you treating anthurium crystallinum like a cheap basic plant, hahahaha i got lots plants, but this anthurium is my favourite plant, watering just with still water, giving the best spot in the house, checking the soil every day, cant wait to grow bigger, the leafs is blows my mind, your anthurium warocqueanum looks soooo amazing
Hi there! The cactus is one of these Mammillarias (can't think of the exact name right now), which has a leaning/crawling growth habit. You can of course stake it, if you want.
I love your Prince of Orange. I had one in my early days of collecting (pre lighting days) and I did manage to kill mine. My house does not have great big windows. They are for the most part south facing but PoO was in my living room that has lousy natural light. I did not mention this with my comment on the Warscewiczii because that plant is so sensative, but have you tried using a systemic for the mites and thripes? Bonide Systemic is what I have been using for 2 years now and I do not have any bug issues. If you were to use it on all the plants near the Warscewiczii , maybe that plant would not have them so much. Just a thought. I love that little Scaprum! I have an Alocasia Dragon Shield and Pink Dragon and both are doing so good. The Maharani and Black Velvet did not do well for me. I have my eye on the Platinum Bisma next!! Gorgeous! I just looked and I have ordered a Jacklyn and Dragon's Breath, but I am waiting for her to ship them. I was waiting for the Monstera that you went all around, LOL That is magnificent!! Gorgeous! And then you saved one for the finale out of the grow tent, that Dragon's Breath!!! Stunning!!! I really enjoyed this tour! Thank you!
Thank you so much, I’m so glad you enjoyed it!! You are right about the systemic granules, they work wonders for thrips. I have some, so I’ll definitely dig them out. Love the idea of treating everything in the vicinity of the Calathea. Alocasia Platinum Bisma looks so stunning in pictures, I’m trying to talk myself out of buying one 😂😂😂.
I’m new to your channel and I love it. Do you have any suggestions on how to control fungus gnats? All of a sudden I have tons stuck to the yellow traps I put in my plants. Is there anything else I can use to keep them under control?
Thank you, I’m so glad you are enjoying it! Tis the fungus gnat season unfortunately. I have a couple of different tactics, my favourite is adding mosquito bits (BTI) to the water before I water my plants
Yes, the weather is such a challenge in winter. NYC is usually quite sunny but this winter has been super grey for some reason. I definitely use a ton of grow lights in my bedroom, it’s like cave in there!!!

Crystallinum is so beautiful but we have an up and down relationship 😂😂😂
Beautiful plants 🪴
Thank you!!!
I also do not care for pothos. You have a lovely collection!
Thank you! Glad to find someone else who is not a big pothos fan!!😂

...am thinking M. backebergiana or M. spinosissima ssp pilcayensis
Ooooh thank you for this, I’ll look it up and see what u can do. I may have no choice but to stake it, no space to allow it to crawl sadly.

Spray Diluted avc for mites.
As in Apple Cider Vinegar? Never heard that suggestion, I’ll give it a try!
I dont think u know anything about plants do u? 🤪
Probably not😂
