Not sure if you're already doing this but I also have my clari in pon and learned that because they're in a different "anthurium section" than the rest of my collection. I guess they're found in an area where it's more arid. That being said, the care is supposedly to treat it like a succulent where when you water you drench it and allow it to dry out for a period of time. Since learhing this I started allowing mine to dry out a bit while not completely filling it's reservoir and it pushed out two leaves in a few months that sized up really well. Hope this helps.
Another great full length video! Its very informative and extremly necessary because sometimes i feel like throwing my anthurium away, until you said something about runts so now I feel sorry for them.
Kia ora from Aotearoa New Zealand! Thank you for sharing your experiences with your anthuriums! I too love them. They are an amazing genus. For a strap leaf/paddle leaf, check out the coriaceum. The leaves don't grow beneath the pot but I love this one. It is so unique and different! I would say it is my favourite. Keep making content please. Your videos brighten my day. ❤
Stunning collection! Thank you for sharing it with all of us! I also love the honesty, the Regale is definitely not for me, I’d go crazy waiting for 2 leaves/year. Your love and enthusiasm for plants is contagious ❤❤❤
I just love you and your channel! I've learned soooo much from you! I've recently moved to cold and changeable DC when it comes to weather. Do you think I can realistically grow anthuriums or any other tropical plant for that matter? I'd love your thoughts! Thank you in advance. 😀
Your channel is underrated Ma'am!! I am very happy that you are not my neighbor. Why? Because after the 199th time knocking on your door to look at your plants, the 200th time, you'd probably shoot me in the kneecaps to make sure i never walked over there again! 😂 Yo..Thumbs up and woows from Iowa! 😁
I'm glad I didn't get the mag silver. I thought it would be as easy as the mag. My villenaorum was imported in October and she has 1-1” root. She hasn't lost any leaves but she's in stasis. I have her in PON… I got so disgusted with my little Clairi that I put in PON I went and bought an adult. I was later told that because she's a Mexican anthurium she needs a dry cycle so she's one of the few plants I have that I'm keeping in a chunky Aroid mix. No more Regals for me. Nope. And you're not the only one with a slow Pali. My vittarirolium is much quicker. And my variegated vittarifolium is beautiful. My magnificum is also my pride and joy! She's not as big as yours but she will be. She was part of my first import and is one of only a three (Ceronii & Friedrichsthalii) that acclimated without a problem. You have a STUNNING collection.
girl how do you go on holiday 😭 my temps dont dip under 25 degrees (77f) and i literally only have syngoniums and cacti/succulents because they can handle me leaving for 4 weeks+
Thanks for calling that out. I do it all the time but I usually catch it and correct myself. It’s the worse when I’m in the greenhouse doing livestreams. I’m constantly moving between different genuses so it’s easier to say the wrong thing! 😅
my regail outside puts out upwards of six to 9 leaves year but only holds four at a time mine isrrealy hardy and has sirvived alot its leves when happy can get over 3 foot but this was outside in a greenhouse i have moved so its kinda unhappy right know and its leaves are smaler

I will never get over the fabulousness of your Villenaorum. They are so underrated!
Thank you! They really are underrated.
I literally just got a baby one of these, saw the Alocasia video and remembered that I missed the Alocasia video and loved seeing a large one!
Omg, your collection is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL,👍🪴
Inspiring! Forgetii is my best grower. You should definitely get him in his own pot! Or buy another to keep on its own! The leaf shape is so cool
I think I’ll separate them when it’s time to repot. I particularly like how dark the Forgetii is! I would love to see it grow faster. 😊
Nice collection! That lux hybrid is awesome. I thought my Mag was big but yours is a beast!
Love seeing these mature specimens! Makes me excited for my collection in a year or two

I have no anthuriums due to lack of room and my first love is Hoya than philodendron but your plants are stunning
What type of self watering pots to you use? And is Pon only good with a bit of water at the bottom?
Thank you for the show! Is mag silver can grow leaves as large as mag?
Hi! Not sure if this has been asked, but do u have care video on the villenaorum? Just got mine recently
I see the stalks sending out little roots....do you have to keep planting them deeper as the stalk lengthens?

I just got my first anthurium, a clarinervium. I haven't repot it yet. Would you suggest a chunky mix or pon?

How do you use Physan 20? I ended up burning the leaves to my magnificum.
Your channel is underrated Ma'am!!
