I love the manics! Great songs, great lyrics, great musicians, great bunch of guys. All early records are simply fantastic! I still really ask myself from time to time: what happened to Richey? He misses.
It’s strange they never found his body if he did jump in the Severn.. from my knowledge most bodies are found eventually in the days / weeks after a disappearance. If they never found a body, you have to believe and have hope he’s still out there somewhere . Hope you’re safe richey
I'm still trying to nail that guitar bit that Bradfield plays with ease ,sliding up the fret hammering the 'g', you know what I mean, motorcycle empti I can't play that bit xx
Very presumptuous, he’s just sitting down lol but I know what you mean, the band lost a degree of their spirit with richey not there anymore , still produced great music, but a gap like richeys departure is always hard to fill . We miss you richey
@@conorsmith8551 they really did become the band at C&A. Their image was constantly changing with each album up to Holy Bible. After Richey disappeared they looked beige and uninterested until ironically enough 'Send Away The Tigers'. An album closer to Holy Bible than anything beforehand.

I think he went missing from the hotel room or something, as they found his car Abondone near a bridge, and he was never found.
I love the classic manic street preachers myself, as Richie Edwards was the 4th member of group.

Amazing live set.
Awesome 😎👍 x
Kevin Carter, best track played of the set.
Funny way of spelling La Tristesse Durera
Love that song
I'm still trying to nail that guitar bit that Bradfield plays with ease ,sliding up the fret hammering the 'g', you know what I mean, motorcycle empti I can't play that bit xx
Palm muting and a hint of tremolo picking. That's your key mate 👌🏻
Great setlist . !!!
"...and work came and set us f-r-double-e..."
21:48 you can see how Nicky lost his spirit and seems like he is thinking about his friend Richey Edwards
Yeah. Heartbreaking
He was part of the group

Was für eine Drecksstimmung, kann nur in
Baden-Württemberg oder im Norden sein. Peinlich.
