Considering everything she says about Dragonball (likes DB more than DBZ, enjoys the slice of life/silly stuff a lot, likes that Gohan is a responsible adult etc.), Marine really needs to watch DB Super, cause I think she'd really enjoy it.

Goku is probably the only blockheaded character in all of anime history to have given a healing item an enemy that just sucked up the lives of hundreds of random citizens (like the gigantic butterfly in that horror bug island anime who sucked a girl's entire blood dry), just so he can "feel the thrill of a fight" or "give the opponent a fair fight", couldn't imagine Goku doing that with evil Buu.

Excuse what, Goku does work and earns money. He has a cabbage field and drives his truck that Bulma gave to him to go sell his crops. xD

I actually don't get the point of Yamcha. His arc was that he went from being Bulma's stalker to her most boring boyfriend, the only time that he wasn't completely useless was that time he fought Kami in that tournament, I liked when he became a baseball player because it just seemed like a much better use of his time and skills. Puar isn't too bad though, I guess you could say that Yamcha is Puar's lame sidekick.

It should be noted that, in both the anime and manga, Goku did in fact get his driver's license. He got it during the days right before the Cell Games
