Dude did a lot of roles , from creppy guys who often are scientist like Kurotsuchi Mayuri in Bleach and Simon in Ace Combat 3. Manicals Overlords dudes like Frieza. Or even out right silly characters as well where he also shines since he has a very spontaneous comedic timing. He is also pretty popular with womens too in RL.

See I grew up with the DBZ dub on TV as a kid, but watched Bleach subbed as a teenager, so this voice is more Mayuri than Frieza to me.
