My dream girl once turn me down because she thought she was out of my league. I wasn't fit or good looking. After being depressed for a week something snap and it turned to motivation and anger. I started going to the gym 6 days week, getting stronger, and eating right. A year and a half later she tells me she liked me. I just laughed and enjoyed the moment. The best feeling in my life
Edit: I’ve been doing Spartan races, marathons, last summer cycled from Newport Cali to Washington DC, completed Ranger School and have a 100 miler (running) race in my sights. She out there having fun laughing with her new bf while im at home heartbroken af.. I couldn't believe this could happen to me but it was real life. In that time i turned icecold to everyone, not just girls. I had no sex and no interest to f*ck. This was released when I was going through the heartbreak with my first girlfriend and first love. Even though I was the one to initiate the breakup, it took me 2 years to fully get over her. The reason why I was hurting so much was because I revolved my life around her and I haven't experienced other girls. Once I started dating and getting into a new relationship, the pain started to go away. Now I'm in my 3rd relationship and things are going great. Much better than with my first ex. I'm glad I got rid of my first ex. Life goes on, gentlemen.

I remember watching this video about 2 years ago when I had my first heartbreak. I went through a tragic breakup with my first girlfriend. At first it wasn’t hard, but man one day I woke up, it must’ve been a couple weeks after, and I just felt like total shit. I never felt that way before, and I will never forget. it. Every day for a month straight I barely ate, I couldn’t sleep, I cried literally all day, I couldn’t stop stalking her social media, it was bad. I’m telling you, it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my whole life. I must’ve lost around 5 pounds, which doesn’t sound like a lot but back then I was super super skinny. 5 pounds is a lot. I watched this video and other break up videos at least 20 times a day, it really did help my mindset. My advice is take it day by day. I remember I used to think about her 24/7 for about 2 months straight, I dreamed about her every night. When I mean every night I literally mean EVERY NIGHT. But I let myself get depressed for a while. I let myself get beat up. I will never forget this one morning about a month after we broke up she had a new boyfriend. Imagine the pain I felt before and 10 times worse. It hit me like a knife going right through me. It hurt so so bad. But as time went on, i noticed that I started getting better. I started going to the gym again and gained muscle. I went from benching 100 fucking pounds to 200 pounds. I then started talking to new girls and eventually started going on dates. Now that it’s 2 years later, Sometimes come back to this video and just see how far I’ve come. I honestly don’t even think about her anymore, I don’t have any feelings for her anymore, and I’m honestly a lot happier since we broke up. Thank you for this Video
