I will never forget the day I had enough. I wrote down every single person who has bothered me and the words that left me in pain.. When I didn't want to work out, I would read the words and I wouldn't let them be victorious. Many of us are unhappy because we are not living correctly. If you have no passion to wake up to, your life is meaningless. Time is meaningless. Love these vids, good to hear once in a while. Was 300lbs last January 2017. Now I am 243lbs and I will never be satisfied. I always dreamed of being complimented and noticed. And now I have been. Turn your dreams into reality. Keep going everyone!

I did them in 1 hour and 50 minutes first 10 then 2 minutes Pause then 5 then 2 minutes Pause and so on. Arround 70 i didnt want to do it anymore but i pushed through i just want a Bigger Back. I drank 1 L of Water during the workout and 300 ml of a Carbs Shake and a Coffee before i started.

From 80 onwards i took 3 minutes Rest.

When I started working out 2 years ago. I used to wake up at 4:00 am to go to the gym. I didn't had time to go later during the day. I had high school and work after. I worked as a dishwasher at a Mexican restaurant. I worked 6 days a week, weekdays 3:30-10 pm, Sundays full day shift 11 hours. I would get only Saturday off.
Despite the lack of time, I still found motivation to do what I was doing. Which lead me to want to become a professional bodybuilder in the future. People always judged me and still do. They called me weird, gay, meathead whatever they would come up. The first year was tough a lot of stress and anxiety. But I still managed to get my shit together.
Today I'm still doing bodybuilding, I graduated from high school last year class of 2019. Now I have a fulltime construction job and still go to the gym after work.
Same mindset as always keep working for what I want to achieve.

George Brown use it as fuel, headphones on, music on, world off, I went from a skinny 9 stone kid to 14 stone, 210Kg deadlift, 120kg bench and 140kg squat, it's possible, but it takes time and it won't happen in a week or a month or even a year, but you will notice a difference if you
Stick at it, and those small improvements will all add up in the end
Do it for you and everytime you think about failing think about the people who said you couldn't or said something negative to you.
Go lift heavy, eat smart, and trust the process.
