The basement room with the "shower doors" is meant to be a wine room, the unfinished room in the back of the basement is likely designed to be a vault/safe.
Beautiful home! The finishes and fixtures are WOW! Can't believe I loved every lighting fixture in that home. Typically it's a mix. Their designer killed it! My only beef is the microwave may as well be on the floor, but I'd get used to it for that home! STUNNING! I personally wouldn't do a pool. I'd fence it in so the doggos can run. Outside bathroom could be for when either hubby or I were in the doghouse 😉

Absolutely on point!! I normally am turned off to these new style homes because of the boring black grey and white. I feel it’s over rated in my opinion only it steals the personality from the character of the new homes. This house nails it with the wood it’s color gives it an upscale boutique vibe. I actually don’t have one complaint snd I always find at least one or two. I would have complained about no pool and hot tub but you shoved an expensive pastry in my mouth on that one and gave me a glass of red to ponder there’s zoning for the pool.. I’d definitely buy you have me imagining already living there thanks for sharing I absolutely enjoyed every second!!
Hi, loved the tour. Just a few things I saw that I would have done differently, microwave in the main kitchen was almost on the floor, with so many stairs, they should have added an elevator, I didn’t see an outdoor grill area which would be a huge plus.
Hi Joan, thank you! They do have an elevator, but it wasn't opened for me to film it. Outside by the pool is a grill area. Are you thinking it needs a second one for a smoker or something like that?

I am wondering if they had envisioned using the basement room with the glass French doors for an office. I do not recall seeing one during the walkthrough. I have seen this scenario in other property tours.
It could be a good office too. If it were my house, I'd use one of the 8 bedrooms as an office; something with a window. That room downstairs, for me, would feel a bit too claustrophobic, even with the nice glass wall.
Beautiful Home! Can you tell me the stain color of the white oak floors or are the floors not stained? Can you find out the color of the kitchen Cabinets? Thank you!
The master bedroom doesn’t have a nice view, they will need to invest in a serious landscape design, the backyard = zero privacy… i believe the size of the house is too big compared for the size of the lot , the interior of the house is beautiful
Landscape design would be a good choice, no question! I definitely hear you with the house-to-lot-size. People don't seem to mind the smaller lots because these tend to sell relatively quickly due to their proximity to one of the best main streets around.
There was a huge echo so I used a filter to remove it. Haven't found a good app, filter or AI yet that doesn't make it sound muffled. The echo was unbearable when I was listening while editing. Open to suggestions if you have some.

I would turn the basement into a rental unit. It is well laid out with a private courtyard.

The house seems to big for the lot size.
It definitely takes a lot of space, no doubt. That's what they do in this part of town.

The land alone in that neighborhood is selling for $800K to a million FYI. 0.3 to 0.5 acre lots. Their costs are quite a bit more than $500k ;)

4 $$ home with the ugliest landscape then look at other houses surrounding by don’t make since at all.don’t fit the neighborhood
Most of the homes in this neighborhood have that all-white with black trim style that's so popular. This one definitely has a different style.
This just feel excessive. You can't take it with u.
