Thanks man I was having trouble with the throttle cable!
I did this without removing the carb. A little tricky but better than tearing the whole bike apart
Good stuff, I've the same year crf for a while and could never figure out how to take the carb out lol. learned a lot from this vid too
Great video with some really cool tips like marking the top and bottom cables! Thanks for putting all the effort into making a quality video. Can't wait to see the other video about your other CRF250 with the carb clean-up. that's what is going on with mine. My 2004 model has been sitting for about 10 years and pours gas out the overflow pipe.
Are you kidding me that Roster in the back ground is the true star in this vid
Good video!
Great video!
Thank you
Why did u remove exhausts , could u not just lift up sub frame. Can carb not be pulled out and cables taken off after?
I gotta do this and i dont know if i shud pay sun1 but it doesnt look to hard
I bought my bike used and the carb cable cover was missing so i guess water juste go into the diaphragm and rust out every thing inside so i think that why my bike was bogging when i apply full throttle. I hope i will be able to clean it and that it does not affect anything…
Did you figure it out?? I just bought a used one and I think the cover was missing too! I bought it without it running hoping I can get it going. What exact started to rust inside? The engine?
Or your clutch?
Hondas have such a horrible design, take the whole bike apart to get the carb out
Most bikes in this era are similar. Yamahas are the same way. It’s just how it goes
