Omg, I love that intro. So cute, great job.
I’m praying for you that the purchase continues smoothly. Such great news! 🎉 Fun video! Have a great day ❤
Again, i recommend breaking out the Affirm loan. As the dust settles with the house closing, even $10 towards what was the $1600 0% interest loan, the $220 loan, or a smaller Affirm balance will count. And then once the utility switching costs are settled, take all the left overs on to debt. For goodness sake, BEFORE you buy new or new-to-you furniture, pay off some of that debt.
Do you truly want to risk the purchase of a new house so that you can afford to stuff cash in a savings envelope that doesnt even draw standard savings account interest? Likewise, is putting cash in a non-interest bearning envelope worth the loss of 29% to 36% spending power on your money? You lose @$29 to @$36 on every $100 you have sitting in a cash envelope versus paying down and off debt. I say about because on some of these accounts, the interest both accrues daily and compounds daily.
Thank you for you advice! I’m not buying any new furniture for awhile. We are already renting a house and will use what we have. Just have to get a refrigerator as a must have right now. Will wait to buy a washer and dryer until more of my debt is paid off. I wanted to put the cash I had on hand in the back but lender advised me not to. Not taking out any more cash from the bank other than what I’m living off of.
Khadi and her intros have me WEAK😂
Happy Wednesday! Good luck on the home purchased
