- Опубліковано 31 гру 2022
- Dr. Rowe shows an easy exercise that may end in a satisfying self pop, crack, or release in your foot.
This exercise will focus on improving range of motion in the metatarsals, the long bones of the foot. It's also great to use for general foot pain and metatarsalgia.
Let us know how it works for you!

Waiting for an over 18 only tutorial series...😅sorry...really enjoy your videos and the fact that a lot of them present your butt as screenshot: Hello marketing strategies!!!
Peace out.
Thank you for your work!!
🙏👏
Dr.Rowe,
I can’t get my foot up over my knee like that. When I try to do it, I end up twisting my knee and that becomes painful. Obviously this is because my hip will not rotate properly.
So, what I need is an exercise that will help the hip rotation without stress in my knee . So I want to work on that particular hip rotation without involving my knee for a while.
Any exercises you can give me would sure help. It would also help all the people who have not asked.
i just hit my fingers on the floor and its cracked
As a dancer this is a lifesaver!!!

I actually did this, on both feet, while you were instructing. No pops but felt good anyway.
Main thing is more pain-free range of motion. I use this especially after wearing boots.
i felt the same way
@@DrRowehey btw do you know if this could help for random ankle pains?
Plot twist: it was my hand that popped, not my foot 😂
Happy new year, doc! Thanks for videos like these 😊

Just discovered your channel a few weeks ago. I am impressed by the videos tackling very special pain! Love it!
Is it possible to do one someday on how to train up to a proper foot posture away from e.g. flat feet…
Thanks Dr. Rowe. Will try this
Hope it helps!
you saved my 3 weeks pains Thank You
Glad you're getting relief!
OMG I WAS SHOCKED IT WORKED
I did it as you instructed and got pops in my foot and hand. I'm sure it will help me out. I get lots of cramps, had one in the foot that popped yesterday.
This did absolutely nothing for me. My feet must be stretched beyond what this can do, because this didn't give me any pops or cracks in either foot.
I have such a rotation issue, I actually got one, that's always nice, thanks for uploading 😊
I’m a cheerleader of 3 years, and I one time I think I was in a stunt and I dismounted wrong and sprained my ankle but proceeded to cheer anyways. This made the sprain worse and I’ve been stuck with pain coming back there ever since. This saves me so much!!
Ice your foot RICE it & draw circles with your foot
I did it and now I feel a little tingling going on.
OMG MY MIDDLE TOE POPPED IT FELT SO GOOD
🙏🏽🙂👍🏽♥️happy new year!

Landed awkwardly on my foot during a wrestling match this helped
Glad it helped you!
Have to try that..question though…do you have something for if you believe that your ankle is “out”?
It worked
I was waiting for the heel hook
Is it normal to pop toes by just closing or gripping without my hands? Not sure how to be more clear in the description.
It hurt when I did it on the first and second toe.. what could that be ?
I’m trying man! It feels like my foot is out of place and nothings popping back into place.
Dude what they both popped thanks!!! Watching these videos I learn how to pop more than just my knuckles or toes I would've never known how to get rid of the eejrrbtbhrfe
I discovered this foot pop years and years ago as a child self cracker!!
What is this good for, for example?
It poped😊
Instructions unclear. Now Im missing my feet
Toe-tally awesome! 👣
😂 Happy New Year!
@@DrRowehey Doc, someone further down on the comments list asked what you think about using a Teeter inversion table? I would like to know that as well. Also, Do you have any thoughts as to which features are better?
@@yvetteandjorgenlarsen9753 A lot of people use them and get relief.
I rolled my feet while wearing sneakers, seated on a chair, and I unjammed my foot. I use a ballet pre point method, to stretch the top.
My foot is painful to walk on and I attempted this (I can tell it’s the right place) but I haven’t figured out how 😢
Instructions unclear, now my foot is broken.
Yeah
People with a foot fetish:YESSIR
Hi, do you have any advice for loosening the metatarsal area I fractured my calcaneum 7 months ago. Had 4 months non weight bearing. I'm walking again now and strengthening the foot and achilles tendon as much as possible. My issue is that the metatarsals look bunched up and feel tight on the injured foot compared to the other one. Sorry for the essay.
*breaks ankle*
"Ahhhh 😌"
Free😮
I got injured while playing football on my first toe and has swelledup. Doing those acts are painful. How can i treat my toe, pls?
Bassicly I can pop bones doing anything
My ankle popped
Is your foot supposed to fall asleep in this position
First time trying it and it went away so fast
My pinky toe side pops A LOT. On both feet. My podiatrist said that wasn’t normal
mean while this cracking my wrist not my foot
My arm popped
All I do is give my foot a wiggle and my whole foot ankle down is popped
I enjoy your videos and they have been helpful for my sciatica issue however it works only temporarily. What are your thoughts about using a teeter inversion table to reset my problem?
If simple stretches and exercises aren't working, please consult with your local chiropractor or doctor instead. Thanks for watching.
I can do this to my pinky on the metatarsal…it’s rare though
I barely pushed and it popped
Never hear any pops on this.
I used to be able to pop all the joints in my fingers even the small ones at the end, but they won't pop now at 65 yrs of age probably dried up.
😊
I’m hyper mobile, I had no idea I could twist my foot all the way around. It was like the exorcist girl’s head, creepy! 😂
Do you get pain from your hypermobility? I have it in some joints and I'm in pain every day 😭
I've done that as a kid, I also learned you can do it to your hands
All I'm doing is holding my foot.... 😂
😍😍😍
Hi, my chest feels really tight sometimes and I've having to stretch to make it crack inbetween to relieve the tightness. Could you help me with this. What I can do to prevent it from being tight
Check out: ua-cam.com/video/GVuP0TVnpgQ/v-deo.html
My leg is upside down now😢
lol I just move my feet circular and do a u shape when I did it enough it works
I run cross country and my feet just crack all the time
