Yes i did this and fixed my bunion. It takes time. About a year. When i started i didn't believe but was bored. It is uncomfortable but gets better.
Yuri what stage bunion did you recover from. Mild Moderate or Severe? Thanks, and glad it worked. I'm starting with the pilates toe stretcher and after a month my mild right big toe bunion looks normal, while my left moderate big toe is less pain but still fairly large.
Do you have any before and after photos?
Were your toes/feet a bit sore after beginning these exercises?
I have a same problem
@@Wearethechamps what's the treatment
I don’t get it why all these videos has people with healthy perfect feet and toes . There should be someone who has bunions doing these exercises so we can relate . Someone with flat feet or any other issues . Not perfect models
I llike all the bunion exercises and plan to use them daily. I feel confident and determined that this will help. I would prefer if you spoke more slowly, giving a little more processing time.

These toe exercises
Will these exercises get rid of existing bunions? Thank you for this video!!!
i don't think so but they will likely restore full function and eliminate all pain
What size are these resistance bands? Must you purchase the entire pack or can you purchase singles?
You can get light ones. It's more for the movement
I bought elastic haitr bands from the £1 shop works just as well
Merci beaucoup

How soon do you see, get good results

YOUR VIDEO IS SO DARK I CAN'T SEE NOTHING YOU NEED ANOTHER ONE KINDLY I ASK THANKS

Nonsense
I was told last week by two podiatrists that bunions are not fixable without surgery. I don't believe them. Will fix this with your help. Thanks!
You did the right thing , most doctors don't know what they talking about
I’d recommend getting lapiplasty surgery, which will permanently remove the bunion. I recently had the procedure and am posting update videos if ur interested
@@GabrielMonet where are the vids and how'd it go?
Me too
That because there be less clients and less money to be made by surgery
Having mobility issues is hard to swallow in my mid 30s this is what I needed for my feet. Thank you
I love it! I have been looking for excercise for bunions for a long time. And i found it here
God answers prayer in mysteriius wonderful ways :🙏👣😊
I’m 12 and is starting to get them, so I’m trying to prevent it.
Edit: I’m 13 now, it’s been 6 months and I’m still doing it.
I have just discovered I have a bunion never knew what that was🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️. I’m going to start these today! Thanks for the post and for the information!
I’ve had bunions for about 10 years but they have only started to hurt in the last couple of months. I was just giving myself a pedicure when your video popped up. I just done the exercises and my feet after just 1 session feel a lot better! I’m definitely going to continue with this process. Thank you so much! 🙏
I'll try it. Since folks saying it worked for them
@@mikeykreataflash9193 a me non funzionano gli esecizi
the exercises made my pain go away. i will keep with the excercises.
It's also important to stretch the calf muscles as tight ones can pull the foot in such a way as to put pressure on the big toe joint when you walk. That's what a podiatrist told me.
Might try this with the thera band. I just discovered how bunions contribute to painful plantar fasciitis/hypo pronation pronation. I would have never believed the big toe could contribute to so many skeletal problems.Since I started taking my big toe more seriously and making it behave better, treating it better, my plantar faschitis pronlem has been gradually
improving. Thank you for these exercises.
Really wonderful experience..
I’m going to start doing these NOW. I have a small bunion forming and I want to exhaust all natural options before giving up and having surgery. I’m giving myself 6 months to see a difference. Going to do exactly what he says plus calf exercises and stretches Every. Single. Day. I’ll let you guys know how it goes!
Get your feet properly measured, wear a moulded shoe insert, stretch toes/go barefoot as much as possible
You’re one month in, any progress or notice a difference?
How’s the progress? It’s been 3 months
How’s it going?
Been 5 months. Hows it going?
Great video. I was looking for something to help. I've got bunions and been to the foot doctor who talked about surgery but I'm not sure if that's something I want to do. If through exercise I can reduce the pain, I'm willing to do that. Thank you for this.
They push surgery, screw that. I’m sure these exercises will help
Well I’ve done ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING on here and UA-cam advice for years and years and IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!
This is false advice and misleading
This exercise is wrong because it pulls the medial cuneiform out more. The right way to do it is by tightening the medial cuneiform and then pulling out the toes in order to stretch the tendon that pules the toe in.
Which exercise is wrong ?
What a load on nonsense just ask a surgeon - you can not fix this ailment with a band unless the band changes the structure of your foot just think about it !! 🤦🏼♂️
The exercises look very beneficial but it is hard to see them due to the darkness of the video. I even have my electronic device on the brightest setting and it's still very difficult to see
I’m training for a 5k and a regular at the gym so bunion surgery would not be ideal right now. This helped so much after just one try. I’m definitely going to do this regularly.
This guy has crazy flexible toes! Something for me to strive for! Thanks!
what such great healthy looking feet this guy has. the techniques must really work.
This help me so much, thank you!!
Thank you for the video; I've had a small bunion for years ( hereditary I think) I will definitely try this to prevent it from getting bigger and overall improving foot health. I've been to several podiatrists over the years and altho they haven't necessarily recommended surgery ( usually expensive orthotics) none of them have ever suggested exercises. Thanks again.
How did it go?
Awesome! Time to hit the toe gym.
It's only been a month of doing these excercises and YES I CAN CLEARLY SEE A DIFFERENCE. Even my mum was amazed to see the bunion going away.
Law Of Attraction and are the bunions new? Or modarate? I have this problem for almost 10 years. I haven’t got pain but the shape is really looking bad.
@@ChanesChanel mine is genetically. From father to me. But now Alhamdulilah they are getting healed
@@hadiahameed6923 please is that truee?
@@zeronixata4545 Yea it is
That's awesome! How much did your bunions stick out before you started the exercises? My left bunion would be classified as moderate, but it's pretty obvious. I want to know if there's hope for me 😅
Thank you for posting this video! I just noticed my big toes leaning a bit to toward the other toe. What do you think about Orthofeet coral stretchable shoes? I just ordered some. I’m 39 years old and I’ve noticed the same brand/size shoes I’ve worn for years is too tight now. Is it possible for toes to grow as we age? Thanks again for the many videos you’ve posted. They’re very helpful. 🌻
I don't know if you ever got a answer. But yes ,feet do grow. I was a size 6 and now in my 60's I'm a 7 1/2 and a wide width. My two pregnancies were part of it .
@@tigertbalm I wasn't pregnant but I'm aged over 60 and my body has shifted.😵💫The Globe/Earth is also shifting. 😱👻 Happy Samhain.
Dear sir, Thank you very much, feel delightful but your video demo seems to be in the darkness and cannot see clearly, so kindly shoot with clarity. Once again thank you for good health and prosperity. May Almighty shower His blessings on you for further service to the humanity.
You know what.. I messed up my knee a few months ago and have been kind of hobbling every where and out of no where i developed stiffness when hyper extending my left big toe on the same side (luckily not while walking running or jumping but still i like to hyper extend my toes multiple times a day), i thought it was a bunion and possibly related to knee injury but then i realized both toes kind of sort of turn inside slightly, so maybe what happened was because that leg was inactive i lost the conditioning in the top portion of my foot that and the effects of the bunion finally started to show its face, when i do the up down exercises i feel zero pain as if i have restored function (It felt like a exercise pump in my entire foot from top to bottom), well i'll find out in a year if this works and try to get back to you guys, if i don't respond by then the damage the bunion causes is probably gone, while i don't think these exercises can make bunions disappear they can probably restore full function with zero pain and honestly that's fine with me, i barely have one anyway and i play basket ball all the time, if you want to prevent one i would recommend these exercises and also wearing a brace whenever you do something sports related like ballet etc, don't wear high heals unless you absolutely have too
How was it

It’s sad that I’m thirteen and looking at a video on how to fix bunions lol i DONT care about how they look it’s just I play on the varsity high school soccer team and my cleats are tights and when I’m at school I have to take off my shoe in every class and almost cry because it hurts so bad and I’m only in 7th grade I’ll try these out tho thanks
Get well soon young man.👍🏾
I m 14 and bunion make me feel uncomfortable when I want to be barefoot or go to beach, pool but also make me feel uncomfortable when I m school but mostly when I go to dance I never show my feet because very very very uncomfortable so don't think you are alone I completely understand your pain and I just hope one day this can be gone
BEST VIDEO (for me)
1) High Quality Intelligent Content
2) Concise !
My daughter has bunions that hurt and she’s only 11. I will try these exercises on her.
As a dancer struggling with bunions I’m definitely going to try all of these. Thank you for all the advice!!
Same! I do ballet and i got bunions i really wanna get rid of themmm :(((
I m dancer too that still working or improved sorry if my English is bad I'm 🇫🇷
Me too..I want to continue dancing and fix bunion. Is it ok to continue dancing?
Heyyy did it work?
Same! But its weird because its on one of my feet
I have just watched your video and Bagan to do these bonion exercises it really helped and I will continue exercising
I'm so happy to hear that. Keep going
I'm 12 and I'm not sure if I even have bunions but both of my big toes are shifting in the opposite direction
Dinø Nuggets you should do this just in case
I am gonna try the elastic stretch, looks effective. Thanks for the tips. 🙏
Did it work?
Gonna start from today
In my case it's a moderate bunion on my left foot
Let's see if the exercise will work for me
It seem since l started my running routine regularly, my bunion are now look terrible and it pushed inward. Luckily l didn't feel any pain, just annoying that it show quite obvious when l wear open toes sandal. But by watching this video l might try to follow as instructed and see what happen. Thank you for your demonstrations together with very valuable advice.
did it work?
Do these exercises work for tailor's bunion too..? Thanks!
The last part of your video is what already did before I watched this video, but a bit differently. I tie my toes with a knotted cloth handkerchief and sit like that for a few hours at my desk, e.g. when having to do computer work. Sometimes I also do that at night.
Bunions will not go away with exercise.
I just found out what bunions are. I don’t have it severe but pretty often one of my toes will start to feel tight “cramped” and I’d do the toe circles he did in the video and it’ll crack and instant relief. will def be doing these regularly lol
Are these effective for people with genetic bunions?
Do you have any advice about the effectiveness on vivram shoes for flat feet on a teenager? Thanks
Yes Vivram shoes would definitely help. But ease yourself into them.
nice video exercises and proper shoes why so many tied shoe long time wear bunion mamta

How was the surgery??
If people has benion like more than 20 years. Can we still fix it with these exercises?
But you have healthy feet without bunions
Thanks for taking the time to appreciate my feet. However, even thought I may not have bunions I wanted to do this video to help others. People can have plantar fascitis too.

Just found this. Have on both feet for over 30 years. My feet in the past week hurt so bad I can barley walk and I have to wear boots every day for work. Going to try these exercises and pray it helps. I cant work in so much pain. My left foot is getting so bad its deformed.
Have you tried seeing a podiatrist?

Great video, straight to the point and very informative, I will do the exercises and I will come back here for a review of the results, I am in stage 2. Thank you!
How are you getting on?
I'm going to do these exercises everyday starting on 3 March 2018 and on 1 January 2019 I will give all you guys an update.
Nunya Business let us know im gonna try as well.
Nunya Business has it worked these past 2 months?
After two months of doing these exercises and trying other solutions it has worked. Although my bunion is still forcing my big toe inward I have found pain relief in my right foot, which was quite an issue. I have had this issue ever since I was a kid and it has gotten progressively worse as I have aged. I'm surprised that most of that pain is gone in less than two months. Not only did I use these exercises but I completely changed my shoes and wore toe spacers.
After doing a lot of research on bunions and observing people's feet in MMA class I'm starting to realize bunions are an epidemic that no one really talks about. It's happening to everyone mainly because of the shoes we wear. I also found this website for my new shoes and toe spacers.
www.correcttoes.com/foot-help/shoe-list/correct-toes-approved-shoes/
After two months my bunion is still facing inward a little bit on both feet instead of straight. But the terrible pain in my right foot is gone but I cannot put weight on my toes without wearing shoes (when your butt touches the back of your heel as you sit down) and I cannot do forward lunges as too much weight will be on my toes and it will hurt too much. Hopefully this changes by the end of the year.
Has it worked in two months? So far, yes. I will give pictures and such in January of next year.
Wish me luck
I also have not been doing the exercises as much as I should have because of my move to New York has been a little hectic. I will start them back up very soon.
thanks for your positive message hear. great progress and updates. looking forward to pictures. i am suffering from bunion on my left toe. trying to look for suggestions /advise

Are you aware that bunions are also hereditary? .....
Quincy Prince only some are
Most are. Mine are, ive wirn sensible shoes my whole life
They are. I remember one of my grandmothers having them so bad that she wore Keds canvas shoes and cut where the bunion was because her feet hurt so bad. Probably didn't have bunion surgery then. She died at 105 in 1978. I now have bunions and have had surgery on both feet, my right foot was bad, hurt so much. The Podiatrist shaved off the bunion but the one on the right came back after 14 years and now I have to have it again. Yuck! It was very painful and couldn't walk for a week and 1/2 but then had to wear really big soft shoes until they healed, took about 6 months. It is worth it to me though, too much pain and too ugly.
I have flat feet and I enjoy running and cycling. Recently I noticed since changing my running shoes and wearing narrower socks a bunion on my left foot. When I feel it I feel some extra bone so I’m not sure if I can avoid surgery in future which is worrying because I worry if they use metal bolts to hold the bone back together my foot will never be flexible again or strong and I won’t be able to run or cycle again…. I tried some of these exercises. I found the big toe rotations loosened up my left big toes quite a lot and wasn’t uncomfortable. I’m just wondering is there a link to the exercise band your using?
He has a very nice feet
I just saw this video now 2022. Very interesting but the light is so DARK. We can't full see how the instructions are done 😥😭
No. Do not move your toe in a circle or figure 8. I just came back from my chiropractor and he told me you can do that to your shoulders or hips, as they are meant to move that way, not your fingers or toes.
Thank you. there is a condition that primarily women get where the fat wares off the soles of the feet; at that point, they can no longer go without shoes. Is this correctable? I don't know what it is called.
Thank you soooooooo much !
God bless you !
does anyone has before after pictures?
Thanks for helping. I'm working on a pretty painful and stiff toe joint right now.
The toe of my left foot is inward(coz of bunion) and the toe of my right foot is turning too much to the left coz of overcorrective surgery.
