I’m training for a 5k and a regular at the gym so bunion surgery would not be ideal right now. This helped so much after just one try. I’m definitely going to do this regularly.
I’m going to start doing these NOW. I have a small bunion forming and I want to exhaust all natural options before giving up and having surgery. I’m giving myself 6 months to see a difference. Going to do exactly what he says plus calf exercises and stretches Every. Single. Day. I’ll let you guys know how it goes!
Might try this with the thera band. I just discovered how bunions contribute to painful plantar fasciitis/hypo pronation pronation. I would have never believed the big toe could contribute to so many skeletal problems.Since I started taking my big toe more seriously and making it behave better, treating it better, my plantar faschitis pronlem has been gradually improving. Thank you for these exercises.
Yuri what stage bunion did you recover from. Mild Moderate or Severe? Thanks, and glad it worked. I'm starting with the pilates toe stretcher and after a month my mild right big toe bunion looks normal, while my left moderate big toe is less pain but still fairly large.
I’ve had bunions for about 10 years but they have only started to hurt in the last couple of months. I was just giving myself a pedicure when your video popped up. I just done the exercises and my feet after just 1 session feel a lot better! I’m definitely going to continue with this process. Thank you so much! 🙏
It's also important to stretch the calf muscles as tight ones can pull the foot in such a way as to put pressure on the big toe joint when you walk. That's what a podiatrist told me.
I don’t get it why all these videos has people with healthy perfect feet and toes . There should be someone who has bunions doing these exercises so we can relate . Someone with flat feet or any other issues . Not perfect models

Great video. I was looking for something to help. I've got bunions and been to the foot doctor who talked about surgery but I'm not sure if that's something I want to do. If through exercise I can reduce the pain, I'm willing to do that. Thank you for this.
Dear sir, Thank you very much, feel delightful but your video demo seems to be in the darkness and cannot see clearly, so kindly shoot with clarity. Once again thank you for good health and prosperity. May Almighty shower His blessings on you for further service to the humanity.
The last part of your video is what already did before I watched this video, but a bit differently. I tie my toes with a knotted cloth handkerchief and sit like that for a few hours at my desk, e.g. when having to do computer work. Sometimes I also do that at night.
You know what.. I messed up my knee a few months ago and have been kind of hobbling every where and out of no where i developed stiffness when hyper extending my left big toe on the same side (luckily not while walking running or jumping but still i like to hyper extend my toes multiple times a day), i thought it was a bunion and possibly related to knee injury but then i realized both toes kind of sort of turn inside slightly, so maybe what happened was because that leg was inactive i lost the conditioning in the top portion of my foot that and the effects of the bunion finally started to show its face, when i do the up down exercises i feel zero pain as if i have restored function (It felt like a exercise pump in my entire foot from top to bottom), well i'll find out in a year if this works and try to get back to you guys, if i don't respond by then the damage the bunion causes is probably gone, while i don't think these exercises can make bunions disappear they can probably restore full function with zero pain and honestly that's fine with me, i barely have one anyway and i play basket ball all the time, if you want to prevent one i would recommend these exercises and also wearing a brace whenever you do something sports related like ballet etc, don't wear high heals unless you absolutely have too
Law Of Attraction and are the bunions new? Or modarate? I have this problem for almost 10 years. I haven’t got pain but the shape is really looking bad.
That's awesome! How much did your bunions stick out before you started the exercises? My left bunion would be classified as moderate, but it's pretty obvious. I want to know if there's hope for me 😅
Thank you for the video; I've had a small bunion for years ( hereditary I think) I will definitely try this to prevent it from getting bigger and overall improving foot health. I've been to several podiatrists over the years and altho they haven't necessarily recommended surgery ( usually expensive orthotics) none of them have ever suggested exercises. Thanks again.
I llike all the bunion exercises and plan to use them daily. I feel confident and determined that this will help. I would prefer if you spoke more slowly, giving a little more processing time.
I have flat feet and I enjoy running and cycling. Recently I noticed since changing my running shoes and wearing narrower socks a bunion on my left foot. When I feel it I feel some extra bone so I’m not sure if I can avoid surgery in future which is worrying because I worry if they use metal bolts to hold the bone back together my foot will never be flexible again or strong and I won’t be able to run or cycle again…. I tried some of these exercises. I found the big toe rotations loosened up my left big toes quite a lot and wasn’t uncomfortable. I’m just wondering is there a link to the exercise band your using?
Thank you for posting this video! I just noticed my big toes leaning a bit to toward the other toe. What do you think about Orthofeet coral stretchable shoes? I just ordered some. I’m 39 years old and I’ve noticed the same brand/size shoes I’ve worn for years is too tight now. Is it possible for toes to grow as we age? Thanks again for the many videos you’ve posted. After two months of doing these exercises and trying other solutions it has worked. Although my bunion is still forcing my big toe inward I have found pain relief in my right foot, which was quite an issue. But the terrible pain in my right foot is gone but I cannot put weight on my toes without wearing shoes (when your butt touches the back of your heel as you sit down) and I cannot do forward lunges as too much weight will be on my toes and it will hurt too much.
