Waking up with your voice giving gentle and encouraging instructions to remain mindful of the breath and my body is a blessing! I especially appreciated being reminded of the benefits of doing hip rotations several times in the day. You're right, they feel so good!

Such a wonderful practice, I normally get tired when working on my arms but today the bit for arm rotation was really invigorating and I just felt the sensation slowly moving along my hands! Thanks❤🌹
Hi Natasha, thank you for sharing. The key to that arms rotation exercise is not to push. Aiming for a pleasant stretch and gentle opening while keeping the breathe natural and relaxed. Glad you felt the energy moving after!

Just discovered Qigong browsing on my phone. Pulled your video up and am delighted with this practice! I'm having to slow down a bit because of osteoporosis and this made me feel so much more energy this morning! Thank you!

Hi , just trying this routine , finding the arms out shoulder level and rotating the shoulders a bit uncomfortable , it might be due to tension in that area which i do suffer from, could be a blockage like you say ?

Hi Lisa, the key here is not to push and overreach. Light stretch and opening should feel pleasant. Also make sure your breath is comfortable and relaxed. In Qigong less is more 👍 Let me know how you get on this week!
Nice one. Are all of these slow and circular movements considered to be classic/traditional qigong? or are they just included under the modern umbrella of qigong because of their potential to facilitate energetic and physiological innervation? I'm not picky about the terms or anything, but I do enjoy understanding the context of these things.
Hi there, it's a good question. Qigong can have many things under its umbrella from simple joint mobility exercises to advanced inner alchemy cultivation. The important thing is to follow the principles of Qigong - mind, breath and body aligned.
