I'd recommend doing more research into each of the points you brought up in opposition to veganism (which is about the animals). I can tell that you do possess the ability to do so as, unlike a lot of people, you know that you can still get all your nutrients while on a vegan diet, and exactly how to do so, while also acknowledging that there are shortcoming of an omnivorous diet. I recommend the UA-cam channel called Debug Your Brain. I'd also recommend watching the first hour of Dominion (2018) and then reconsidering your position. From what I can see, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, you're now more educated than you were a decade ago when you first gave it a shot and I'd recommend seeing what decision 2024 you would make after listening to vegans' answers to your questions. If after exposing yourself to what veganism is about from vegans here on UA-cam, you still have hesitations about it, let me know what those are. You can also save a lot of time by asking an LLM your questions. Goodluck, and I hope you will someday rejoin the movement to stop the unnecessary harm and exploitation of animals.
@@iamsamhorton You have not presented any evidence that: -you got sick all the time -veganism directly caused you to get sick more often -your immune system was really "low" and/or "suppressed" (and that the cause was veganism) -your libido was low (and that the cause was veganism) -you lost a lot of muscle mass + fat mass (and that the cause was veganism instead of a failure on your part to properly plan a vegan diet) -you also didn't show exactly what you ate during those periods of time -to make matters worse you didn't even consult with any plant-based registered dieticians. NONE. Like bro, if you cared about animal abuse you would have made the effort to figure out what the actual issue was and talked to a professional in nutrition or dietetics. The FIRST thing that came up in your mind was to incorporate some fish and it magically solved all of your nutritional issues 🤣 (no evidence of that happening too btw).
Someones own experimentation is the best evidence for themselves. Because there is a LOT of conflicting scientific evidence in the realm of nutrition, so given that and the fact that so many respond differently to different dietary approaches makes it so our own life experience is more valuable. If you try something, and it doesn't work, it is silly to keep trying to. Insanity is defined as trying the same things over and over while expecting different results
@@InnerSun777 The issue is that a lot of these ex-vegans ate celery for breakfast or straight up had no clue how to properly plan a plant-based diet. This is just an unverifiable anecdote. @@iamsamhorton Yeah, this is the first time someone explained it like this to me, biology versus ideology. Anyway, I'm not a vegan nor do I want to be. I clicked out of curiousity 😊. Thanks for explaining.

I tried it and it wasn't for me. I feel better eating an omnivore diet. But I respect the ethical reasons for not wanting to contribute to intensive farming.
I did it for 9 months and it really affected my mental health badly 😢
Did you plan your diet appropriately? Why are you confident that the vegan diet itself caused your mental health problems?
I hope you are doing okay now.
