- 'Deal With The Preacher' by Bad Company, from their 1975 album Straight Shooter.
This is just some good old fashioned rock 'n' roll from another one of my favorite drummers, Simon Kirke. I believe Simon may be the only other drummer, (besides Keith, Moon), to play live on stage with John Bonham and Led Zeppelin, helping out with Whole Lotta Love at Zeppelin's last show in 1980.
I had plenty of “total drummer stank face” on this tune as it moves and speeds up at the end, and has plenty of crashes and 8th notes on the bass drum. This is not note for note from the album, but what a blast to play! Thanks, Simon! ✌️❤️🥁
Thanks for watching and subscribing.
