    i demoed and loved this racket (ezone 100) after trying about 10 or so from Head, Yonex, Wilson, and Babalot. I just purchased it.

      what string and tension? felt weird for me on punch volleys

  • @CH-yp5by

    Get rid of the dampener and use a rubber band or nothing if you want that feel, the dampener with Yonnex racquets makes a difference to the feel.

      @almuhito 2 роки тому +4

      I agree. With ezone 98 2020, i had more feel without dampener and it did not cause any arm issues at all.

    I bought the EZONE 100 2022 (PolyTour Pro blue 125@52lbs). I agree with your assessment pretty much 100%. It feels more dampened than my VCORE 98 2021 even though the EZONE is stiffer. It plays similar to the 2020 Dunlop SX300 Tour despite the SW of the SX300 Tour is meant to be quite a bit higher.

      How do you compare it to your Yonex Vcore 98?

    • @tofufah
      @tofufah 2 роки тому

      @@sherryinxs Vcore 98 swings much faster and I can be more aggressive with ground strokes. Ezone 100 has more pop with flat serves and more stable at volleys. Vcore 98 (Volkl Cyclone Tour 125) has more feel but it could be caused by the PTP on my Ezone. PTP plays quite dead.

      @@tofufah Thank you! I am already playing with Ezone 100 2020 but found it a bit too powerful…..so bought myself the new Ezone 100 2022…..waiting for it to arrive….was wondering if it has a bit more control then the previous one!

    • @tofufah
      @tofufah 2 роки тому +2

      @@sherryinxs I think the control is there but I feel I have to shorten my swing. I have no way of checking but I feel the swing weight on mine is quite a bit higher than advertised, which gives me unexpected plow through. Static weight and balance are spot on though.

    I've explored other racquets but every time I come back to this one it feels amazing. I'll make this my main racquet again, probably with a bit of extra weight at 12 o' clock.

    Hi Jonas!
    For the talking part of video, you should move the ligh a bit further away and like maybe 45 degrees to left (our left not yours).
    Being further away it wont be as harsh and make your face glow. And being to your side it should look more naturally and the light fixture behind you should make a small contour around the "dark" side of your head :)

    How about the comparison between ezone 2022 vs vcore 2021? What is your recommendation for player who wants to produce more spin and power? Thx

    • @vojtal182
      @vojtal182 2 роки тому

      i am trying both for 2 days already, they should have same strings (some multifilament). I don't play well currently after multi year break. My impressions so far: Ezone more consistent and easier to use when fatigued. Vcore a slightly more power and slightly more power, but you need to either topspin or hit very consistently or it is sparying shots everywhere. It did't work for me well for direct shots. Anyway, they are quite similar, after first day 1h at a wall, I was more for Vcore, after playing fatigued (after 2h of double), I just used the Ezone. And Vcore looks better imo :-)
      I also have Head Speed MP (100in 300g) for testing and that one is very different (less power and less comfort).

    Merry Christmas Jonas and all. I was really enjoying the 2020 Ezone 100 before experiencing problems with a tender elbow when I played with it. I tried various polys and hybrid combos and tensions before giving up and trying other frames. The one I have settled on is the Wilson Blade 104 v8 which I believe is a sleeper and very much underappreciated... maybe by many that are too prideful to give an OS a fair test. For Jonas and any who have tried both the new EZ 100 and the v8 104.... how would you say they compare?

    Hi Jonas,i bought an Ezone 100 on the aftermarket.
    It has a Leathergrip on it. Now the Balance is More headlight and the weight with Overgrip is about 330 Gramm. Do you think i have any Pros with this setup? What are the benefits or is the Ezone with original Basisgrip better to Play? Or do i have to put Lead on the Frame to have the Original Balance back? Best wishes
