I placed 2 orders on October 11, 2023. After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls I received an email that they were going to ship on 11/20/23. I didn't recieve the filler until 12/4/2023. as of 12/26/23 I still have not received the second part of my order. The filler works as it should but it is very fragile 3d printed material. BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM. VERY LONG DELIVERY TIMES AND POOR COMMUNICATION.
The machine works great, as you said very long delivery times and zero communication from the company. My machine arrived with honey smeared all over it so it was not cleaned up at all after testing. I did not receive my power cord and made multiple calls and emails to Anthony with no reply. Finally he answered the phone and ensured me my power cord would be shipped out and this was about three months ago and I still have not received the power cord. Luckily you can use an old computer cord. I won't say you should not order this machine but I will say if you do expect zero communication from the company and expect a very long wait time for your product. I'm very hesitant about ordering straws in the future.

@@Hoss_sweet_hives I did receive my order after two months. The communication with the company owner is very inconsistent, unfortunately. There were many, many delays and excuses. Also had to wait additional time because the sealer came separately.
I'm currently waiting for a refund because I double paid after disputing the transaction with my bank when I wasn't receiving any update or my order. Hoping things are resolved quickly as I did eventually receive the order.
