Numbness at 12 weeks post op is not a normal symptom unless it is along the lateral shin. This does happen from ACL-R due to disruption of the cutaneous branch of the saphenous nerve. It doesn't happen all the time but is fairly common. If this is the case, it is simply a mild sensory deficit which may or not resolve. Check with your surgeon and also rule out the lumbar spine.
