Iv just completed on my second buy to let property. First one I used OPM from a family member. Second house was a mixture of my money and OPM. But I want to buy my third buy to let soon, not wait another 12 months saving up etc. What’s the best way to get this third buy to let? Use OPM on a run down house, refurbish it and refinance? I hear you mention loans, can that be used in this instance too?
I find it very difficult to balance my need/hunger to create wealth vs trying to achieve a career in film/photography, but you help inspire me a lot Jamie because you’re very realistic and you don’t come from money. Great video bro 🙌🏽

So many would just lick their wounds and feel sorry for themselves. If you are this good at 30 what will you have achieved by 60!
