For real though. With my 'short term memory loss' combined with my fear of confrontation AND lack of argumenting skills, I could never pull off what she just did. Not to mention the fact that she was lecturing her own father! The balls this kid must have. She's totally in the right though.

Great vocab can be succeeded by many young people like me I’m 11, like one thing I would argue about is like why do we have to do homework in holidays, it’s a holiday for a reason, to spent time with family, socialise with friends, go on holiday, and most importantly, have a good rest after having to fight through tons of homework thrown at you every single day. Like yeah, it’s vital and beneficial for when your older and blah blah blah, but having to deal with stress at this age is pretty unfortunate for your mental well-being.

She’s that intelligent because of how her parents raised her: always learning and talking to adults such as teachers. That’s why many Asians use this technique to raise their children, even if it seems abusive to western people. But that’s how you create well taught children. The father in this clip probably wanted her to do something else than gaming such as playing outside, a hobby or sports etc. Or he was a jerk and wanted her to study 24/7… which is abusive

My husband worked at an after school Korean school. The children would arrive an hour after school let out (3:30 pm) and study debate until 8 pm. These poor children were under a tremendous amount of pressure from their parents and were on the verge of a mental breakdown. My husband gave all the students full credit just for attending class. He would schedule one day a week to just have fun but it was extremely important that neither the school nor the parents didn’t find out. These children were between the ages of 10 and 13. We decided that all we wanted of his children was to behave and be happy. Raising a happy adult was more important to us than his children getting good grades as long as they gave education their best effort.

The internet has a lot of information for people to find quotes. It isn’t wisdom but learnt knowledge. Wisdom is something deeply developed through overcoming their own ordeals through the many steps of griefs with in the end accepting those mistakes. But the little girl is still too young to be called wise. Knowledge, intelligence, and Self Empathy is all it takes to develop her own understanding towards her needs to convince or convey.
Like intelligence, wisdom itself can vary even for geniuses. It’s unique to all people as it has their own perspectives.

@@texz000 True, indeed. She used it at the right time. But that is based on her ability to retain knowledge and understand the situation. She truly understands the meaning of those words through gaining the information through internet sources, but wisdom is gained through experience in living with a deeper understanding. While intelligence is accumulated information through the mind. It is practically intelligence that she is displaying which is fundamental to every living organism especially when she is human.
In short, it’s intelligence that is the main factor for her knowledge whilst wisdom at a fundamental level is another factor for her understanding. In an ordinary person’s dictionary, she’s a wise child but to us she’s not too extraordinary in terms of wisdom.
She still has a lot to live for before she’s even free from those desires. The desire causes conflict to wisdom. It’s too farfetched to call a child wise when their full of desire. I wouldn’t call myself wise either way as I am still conflicted in this life. Maybe in the far future everyone will achieve that wisdom depending on how they perceive their own pain to walk forward in fulfilling their desires.
Perhaps, fulfilling your lesser desires, and your ultimate desire is the key to freeing oneself from samsara. Life is still a mystery, it doesn’t matter whether we judge others or not. In the end, we’re all the same seeking for the truth, subconsciously. My apologizes for my off topic. Hahaha.😅

Simply, the sooner she gets out of that hell hole the better. I wonder what their mental hospitals are like? They probably douse them up with meds and send them back to the universal slave camp called "home"
There is no balance this is extreme non-civilisation which is still today thousands of years old, meaning they are thousands of years behind.
Sure, they can build stuff and are brainy but not brainy enough to have any empathy - see China? See North Korea, it's basically the same dictatorship with zero understanding or human tolerance .
That's is why they worship Chairman Mao, and are fed such icons as: "for the people" "for China" that's why they bomb (even today) Taiwan, which is the real and true Republic of China. Supposedly.
Taiwan is a successful country with consolidated production and supply of tech and white goods and their lives and children enjoy a healthy and civilised normality compared to the red Chinese. Why do you think there are so many Chinese in the West ? Because they wanted to get the f- out off there...!!🤯
They bomb Taiwan, they fire on Tibet, and nobody knows what they are doing, they just feed their Chinese people like mushrooms.

Oh my God she is cutest Smartest little girl I've ever seen. How can you not love her. Father please continue to do such a good job but please award her with playtime enough to wear her feelings are not this hurt. Everyone gets emotional but these are real tears and her heart is hurting and she is actually crying to you for help. Yet she is being so respectful and having such an intelligent conversation you should be so proud. And I like the way you responded to her and let her State her case and defend herself and stand up for herself. How proud you must be and how blessed you are to have such a daughter in your life. Remember so many people will never have that in their life and it is a miracle and a blessing. And how intelligent and smart does a little girl have to be to say something about cherishing her childhood. I know you must be proud of her and I can just tell you as a total stranger I'm so impressed with that little human being. It just proves how great God is and how great people can be. Even young children. Please take care of her and find a way to continue to raise her so well without letting her get so upset. I don't think that's probably good for her but obviously it is very good for her to have discipline and structure and responsibility and direction. But as she so eloquently argues it's important that it's balanced with time to rest and recharge and play. Play is enjoying the real world and the real life and the things in this life that are the most important. And you can never enjoy them as much as you can as a child. Thank you for speaking to her with respect. You have done such a great job that is obvious. She will grow up to be a great woman with Great accomplishments I predict.

I grew up the same. In China you cannot play for too long. If you do, you get left behind. We are too many, the competition is too strong. If you rest and play for too long, somebody else who doesn't and has greater resilience towards studying will get ahead, while you'll be left behind. As much as I remember feeling the same like this little girl during my childhood, I would not allow my children to play for too long either if I was still living in China. There the gov doesn't help you, one doesn't have the security felt in the westen countries, you are basically on your own. It better be a well trained "your own", otherwise you don't stand a chance in chinese society. Most people in the west will not educate their children like that. I'm not doing it either since my kids are growing in the west. But if I was living in China, no matter how much my kids would cry for free time, they will only have the free time that I allow, and that will be very little by my own understanding of what constitutes success in China. I know that later on my kids will not get ahead in life because of the free time they've had, but because of the work they had to do. It's a rigged system, you can't rest for too long, if you don't play the game, work and excell, you will get nowhere in China. Outside of China there is more freedom and one can do what one wants, inside of China there is no freedom and you will do as you're told, regardless of how much you cry. This is what my dad told me when I was little. So then I reasoned I wanted no longer to live in China. Now I enjoy more freedom and my children do too! People from the west who see this clip must understand that this girl's situation is common place for almost every child educated in Chinese society. The way the gov rules the country is the same way we rule over our children. They scrictly must obey, or else... A sad system I would say, now that I know any different.

But sadly it’s normalised because people are forced to be this way so their children can survive in our society. But just because we live in a different environment doesn’t mean that things always have to be this way and are right to be this way. You can have free time, what truly matters is the time management. And I believe a good mind comes with a balance between work and rest. the thing is it's precisely the parents and their pressure that made it possible for her to be so articulate. It's like children of single parents, they often tend to be more mature, not because they are so, but they just kinda have to be so because of the situation. I am assuming her parents probably often use this reasonings to when telling her she couldn't do this or that, so she picked up that you have to have a good reason to be able to do what you want.
