I have a 2019 master spa that’s is having some sort of pump problem. The high speed works fine, but the low speed/heater doesn’t work every time. When I press it, it makes the humming noise with no circulation, but if I switch fast enough from high speed back to low speed I can get it to kick on and circulate. Does this sound like a capacitor to you?
Could be. But again, I don't know what pump you have or the spa pack. Test the pump volts and amps on the pump at low and high speed.
