That little Ford Ranger is what America is all about. Start small, work your ass off, do a great job, and build a business. Nice job!! As for the access to your Tremor tool box, install the kick-down steps. There are any solid options. All easy to install and low profile.
I remember when you first showed it and you said it was going to be your work truck. I remember telling you there is no way in hell I'd use it as a work truck. Glad it still looking good.
That is a nice looking truck. Still looks like it did when you first posted it. The winch takes it to another level. Nice to see someone that has a nice truck and they use it for it's intended purpose.
Morning Jonathan, I had the single axle trailers I upgraded to a dual axle for the purpose of carrying heavier equipment. But most of the time I have my mowers on it. I can tell you that the down side is tires you have to replace them yearly at least as you already know, now there’s 4. But if you carrying mini skid steers their great it helps a ton with keeping the weight off the truck. You barely feel the trailer and no more of the trailer pulling you back while going over bumps.. I’d prefer it . Oh plus trailer brakes definitely helps save on truck brakes. I’d get one at least for your heavier loads.
If you haven't already, check out the AMP bed steps. My wife is 5' tall and has an F150 with 6" lift. She now has no problem accessing the bed. Might give you what you need to simplify bed access
Really nice truck Man! We picked up our 22' f350 4x4 chassis cab with the 6.2L gas last September. Hopefully by March we will have a flatbed on it with the MOW N GO ramp 🤞
Take it from someone who has run dual axle and single axle trailers. Stick with the single axle. I found that the rear tires on the dual axle are nail/screw magnets. I don’t know if it has something to do with the front tires kicking the road debris back into the rear but I was constantly in the tire shop every month. Also, you’re right. You don’t have a lot of weight on your trailer so there isn’t a real need to run a dual axle. I run the Isuzu trucks with the landscape beds now.
That is a great point and kinda confirms my hunch. That makes sense that the rear tires would pick up more debris that the front... May be the front kicks ups a nail or turns it up on its head just the right way.
Jonathan awesome truck I have a Chevy Silverado 18 would really nice chrome rims I've kept it nice for 3 years but it is a work truck and I've worked hard keep up the videos
i really want the tremor for some of the things it comes with, but i plan on replacing wheels and entire suspension, so doesn't make sense to get tremor. decisions.
How did you deal with clippings and debris when you had your Ranger setup? My first truck (old Toyota Pickup) had a lumber rack and I put boards on the sides which allowed me to carry up to ~3 cubic yards of debris for cleanups. But I just bought an '00 supercab Ranger and I have a tool box and an open bed now. Small-medium clean ups without a ton of debris can be bagged and thrown in the back but any substantial jobs I'm wondering how I'm going to deal with all the debris and my limited carrying space. The lumber rack and sideboards was a great setup but significantly reduced blindspot visibility which sucked in heavy traffic when towing a trailer.
Bro, I feel like you still feel guilty about buying yourself this truck. You don’t have to justify it. It justifies itself. And you deserve it. It came in handy for the camped too. love an F250 and I can’t wait to get one. I like that package looks nice I want a gray one. Very expensive truck though. But I need it as a tool as well. I want to start to go heavy with my landscaping, and maybe get a mini skid. Or a bobcat, also am interested in doing the dump trailer rental thing. So I’m going to need something more substantial than a half ton. Good review!
@@FloridaTurfPros I felt the same thing after I bought one myself, buyers remorse. It's a normal thing people go through any big purchases. U deserve it, u bought the truck and u love it. Thats all that matters
I have a 2022 silver Lariat f250 tremor 7.3 liter, ultimate pkg, lariat pkg, color matching front grill, led light, uplifted switches, sunroof, marker lights on the roof, line x spray in liner, 5th wheel prep pkg, roll no lock bed cover, weather tech floor mats, with only 3,500 miles I am thinking about selling in Nashville TN. Title in hand
Good afternoon Sir. I hope your doing well. Viewed your video and was wondering something. Do you still have the truck you started with. If so are you willing to sell it? I'm working out of my car right now. Just wondering. Please have a good afternoon Sir. 😁
You run 2 axles as a redundancy. That's a lot of equipment you'd hate to see scattered across the highway incase your trailer takes a shit, i.e axles craps out, tire blow out, wheel bearing issue. Trailers are notorious for getting neglected of maintenance.
I'd still run out the Ranger and have that bad ass Ford in a metal building. Maybe would up grade the Ranger to an F150. But same setup. That's just me though.
Yo man ive had a 2011 1500 silverado z71 since new. The amount of times Ive had to use 4 drive has made it well worth it. One time I moved a shed while a f-250 rwd diesel could not. (Traction) and other things. so dont feel bad on the tremor package. Better to have it than not need it. I think they will hold value better aswell. Btw just dont make the mistake when using the wench of putting the truck in reserve because it wont winch in nomore.
I wanted a Tremor until I found out it couldn’t handle a 1000Lb Boss V Plow so I got a F-350 STX FX4 with the 7.3 , snow plow prep, & the two battery & alternator option .
These are death traps my friend. Recent death just yesterday of F250 driver in Mosinee WI Sept. 5. Numerous other deaths and Ford currently owes billions in settlements.

That’s an awesome truck man! I agree that the truck can be washed and kept clean but also don’t be afraid to get it dirty or go off road with it.
You have worked hard for this truck and deserve every bit of it. I love you!
Love you!

Love the Georgia Dawg red and black F-250 🐶
Just ordered the same truck in the Platinum, same color as yours. Looking forward to getting it. Thanks for the review.
What's the wait time on it?
@@FloridaTurfPros 6-10 months, I’m driving a 17 F-350 now so I’m fine with however long it takes.
Good video! Like your Ford. My dad is a Ford man he has a F-250. I can't kick my RAM habit though, lol. I want to get a RAM 3500 in the near future.

Thanks for the comment, I appreciate you watching.
i downgraded from my 2015.5 denali hd for my 2017 reg cab f250. sometimes the trucks can be a little too nice for work and youd hate to scratch em
That ranger setup is so sick
It was a mean little truck.. We honestly kinda outgrew it needing to carry more stuff, but it proved to be awesome. and simple.
Sorry if I missed it, but is this a 6.2 truck or 7.3? Also details on the winch cradle? Brand etc. thank you. Awesome channel!
7.3 gas, the cradle is westin winch tray
Really nice truck! Props! 👍
Thanks 👍
Tremor doing work. Nice!
Yes indeed!
i really want the tremor for some of the things it comes with, but i plan on replacing wheels and entire suspension, so doesn't make sense to get tremor. decisions.
I prefer wheel to wheel running boards, gives me just a little bit of a step so I can reach into the bed of the truck and grab tools etc
That makes sense... I have to step up on my tire to get in the tool box easily.

We used a separate truck/trailer for clippings. You def couldn't haul debris with that setup.
I'm looking at the same trailer with the same truck 2021 7.3 gas godzilla how does this pull your trailer

I no longer have the truck. I sold it to a UA-cam subscriber a couple years ago.
