Pause at 3:55. The person who was deceased was in the bleachers to the left of Trump from our perspective, almost against the leftmost railing. One of the other person's who were hit was located on the other side, the right bleacher. Also was leaning against the railing. Right behind him, another shot hit a hydraulic line of the lift tractor holding the speakers. There's a video out there showing him being hit, along with sparks from the railing and the spewing hydraulic line. Put a pen or something straight across that line and it all fits.
