- In this video I’ll be showing you how my car lift was installed and running through my five favourite features it has. I’ve chosen the Twin Busch 236 PE lift which is a full height lift which can raise a car over two meters. It has a lifting capacity of 3.6 tonnes.

That's a great garage. The hoist was cheaper than I expected and thanks for sharing the workings of it. Always been curious about the safety aspects. Looking forward to even greater episodes in the garage!

Apologies, the lift is actually a 236PE not a 242E as stated in the video. The 236PE currently costs £1799 inc VAT.
Amazing! This is the dream right here. Hope I can do this one day too. Working on my cars outside in the Scottish weather isn't great 😂

I have just installed a very similar lift Atlas ATP9, but can't get motor to run, presumably a wiring error. Did you get any wiring instructions with yours? Thanks

79 year o9ld ex donnington gt champion . just given myself a long overdue treat a Twin Busch 242 A car lift . the basic model with cable release for the locking featire .. also my lift did not come with any cable ramp secturing or the ince looking covers for the upright cables.

Hi mate I'm sorry if this sound condescending because I don't mean it to be. I have been doing a lot of research into the lifts since I seen your video first (and I still come back to watch it over and over 😂) but I think the model you have is the 236 PE, the same one I want to get. Or maybe they changed the model numbers since you made your video. Either way how happy are you with it and would you recommend it ?
Not a bad price for such a good piece of kit. I thought they were much more expensive.

Did the installer torque the anchors to spec?
Yes he did
I have very similar lift, difrent brand name but its all china special -they work ok just remember to lubricate the slides inside

No, fitting is an extra £600

Yes. Check out episode two in this series for more on that.

It's customised by me. I go through the whole process in episode 4 of this series i think.

I would have gone for a more robust wall finish considering what the building is for. I bet within a year something goes through the plasterboard.
