- Of your charity, please pray for Deacon Riley O’Shea and Deacon Joshua Fons who are due to be ordained the sacred priesthood for the Diocese of Lansing by Bishop Earl Boyea at Saint Mary Cathedral in Lansing tomorrow, June 8, the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ave Maria! Watch this short but fabulous film as both men recount their path to the priesthood.
Following tomorrow’s ordination, the newly ordained Father Fons will become a Parochial Vicar at Saint Patrick in Brighton while the newly ordained Father O’Shea will become Parochial Vicar at Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish and Saint John Church and Student Center, East Lansing.
Our Lady, Queen of the Clergy, pray for them.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death. Bless these men who now can bring us your Son, just as You brought us your Son.
Come holy spirit and lift up these men of God! Use them to do your will! Let it be done!! Please help more young men hear their call to the priest hood! Jesus we ask this of you!
