- “Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.” So said the great 14th century Italian mystic, Saint Catherine of Siena. It’s true, though, isn’t it? It’s saints who have most changed the history of the world.
That’s why the discernment and pursuit of God’s will for our life - in matters big and small - is the most pressing task.
That prayerful discernment is made all the more possible, of course, when we draw close to Christ truly present in the Eucharist.
Just ask the Salata family from Ann Arbor. They are the focus of this week’s Inspiring Story as we continue our journey together On the Road to Emmaus. Enjoy the film!
Beautiful story. Give your life to God on a daily basis. My daily prayer, "Lord, plant my feet today where you want me to follow. Be a light for me in my darkness that I may follow you all the days of my life."
Everything is possible with and through God. Their consecrated lives are the complete truth of his will and the other multiple children their parents he gave them despite the doctor's unbelief. Lifts my heart to hear their story!😊😊❤❤
Having a priest or sister in the family is a great blessing. Parents, don’t be afraid.
