This was really helpful. I just got accepted and my only worry is the cost and that i won't be able to pay for Howard. I can't wait to see your other videos.
THIS WAS SO HELPFUL. I just got accepted and committed, and my situation is exactly like your situation was. But I am determined to get outside scholarships and I'm so glad you talked about donor scholarships! But can you discuss the new dorms, college hall north? and how to become a RA?
minnieminah I love Howard's rich legacy and it's place in society but it's not worth the debt if you can't graduate with less than 15K after your matriculation which is typically 5 years for HU undergrad. Please seek other quality HBCUs with rich legacies as well (if you're looking for the HBCU experience) that are public and cheaper. They exist, just do your research. Trust me, it's not a good look to be in 30K, 40K, 50K debt just for an undergraduate degree which carries less weight nowadays ..... Masters and PhDs carry more.
This video helped a lot :) I have a couple of questions though. Where did you find the applications for the donor scholarships? And also what year are you able to become an r.a?
Hello, I just want to say thank you for this video. I am also planning on attending Howard. My GPA is really high, however my ACT is average. I know I won't qualify for any Scholarships. I am receiving alot of money in outside scholarships, most of them are renewable and I have an EFC of 0. Should I be worried, or how much do you think I need in scholarship to go to Howard without taking either any loans or a small portion.
Can you please talk about the nursing program at howard and how it's going for you so far in your next video? Ie: do you recommend Howard's nursing program? Thanks!
I'm about to be a freshman at Howard this fall. Thank you so much for this video!

Can you talk about the academic life at Howard? Like what classes do they offer, how are the professors? So on and so forth. Please and thank you
What you payed your first year is like my whole undergrad tuition. I live in Canada, America is crazy.
Can you discuss the new dorms, I can't find any current info on them. Thanks!
I can't wait to start at howard in fall 2016

+Jss Pss what other HBCUs would you recommend? I was hoping to transfer to Howard in the fall. I'm currently a freshman at a PWI.
It depends on what's your major and how far you're willing to travel?
I just got accepted last week. C/O 2019

How can I apply to be an RA? I can't find an application or information for it anywhere!
When you say "everyone at Howard is doing something to pay", what do you mean exactly? What do you and others do in school to help you pay for school?
Can internatonal male students also be an RA ?
cuz I'm really interested by your things.

Hi! How would a freshman prepare to be an RA?
How much was the Donor Scholarship award?
Can you apply for a donor scholarship if you are an incoming freshman?
a loan from your bank it's much easier.
What kinds of Sports scholarships or Extra curricular scholarships can you get from Howard?
If you're an RA, does it carry over each year or do you have to reapply as you change residence halls?
Thank God Howard didn't need Skype Interview with the applicants.
