I’m a few days out of surgery. I can’t sew right now but I needed to hear a soft voice. Thank you❤️
❤️
You have a very relaxing soft spoken voice ... You would be a star in making soft spoken ASMR Rambling videos 😊
Paige, I just found your channel a few days ago and I am so in love! You are incredibly talented and inspiring. I was so shocked when I watched your couture dress series and you said you had never been to fashion school, just had a desire to learn!
I have loved sewing for a while, but never felt like i was very good at it. I have recently challenged myself to learn new techniques and slow down and take the time to do each step right, which is making a huge difference! You really inspire me to try my best and do a great job and encourage me that I can sew better than I thought I could!
Thank you for writing this sweet note! I still learn with every project I sew. Little things here and there add up. Keep sewing and trying new projects. You will learn so much and build an awesome knowledge about sewing.
Yess soooo gorgeous. I WANT IT IN EVERY COLOR
Really beautiful!❤️😍
I have to agree with other people in the comments: this tutorial is wonderful as always, but I would love to see how you made the beautiful pinafore dress you‘re wearing 😍
I'd love to see a video about that beautiful green pinafore dress
Beautiful 👏👏👏
What a wonderfully done video!
That is a lovely dress!
Beautiful dress!
Lovely! Great idea to create the flounce sleeve, I like it much more than the original version. 🌸
I originally made this dress with the kimono sleeve for my sister-in-law. It is perfectly her style. When it came time to make one for myself I knew the kimono sleeve wouldn't fit into my style, so I made this small adjustment. Isn't that so cool how one pattern can serve two different styles.
Beautiful dress! I am still a novice but I’d like to make this soon. Thanks for your helpful videos. You are so informative and sweet.
Even as a novice I'm sure you can sew it. Just take it one step at a time and don't be in a hurry. Thank you for writing! I aim to be as helpful as I can be.
You have a lovely voice. Your instructions are very detailed.
I love it the dress 👍❤🙏
A lovely video and so nicely put across!
Thank you!

Hi, I love the olive pinafore dress you are wearing :3
I love it too. Where can I get the pattern and instructions for the pinafore dress you are wearing? Would you be willing to demonstrate that one too? Thanks.
I wonder about the pinafore dress too! ❤️
Very cute! Reminds me of the dress worn by Liv Tyler in the movie Pearl Harbor.
You're right. I see what you mean.
I love the pinafore dress you are wearing. Where can I get the pattern and instructions for the pinafore dress? Would you be willing to demonstrate that one too? Thanks.
I self-drafted that pattern and it was tricky to get the pleats right at the chest. I'm not sure I will do a tutorial for this dress anytime soon, but the skirt is just a button up skirt turned backwards and attached to a bib front. I'm sure there are two patterns that could mix to create this look. There are other pinafore patterns available in various indie shops too. I'll look around and see if I can come up with something similar.
This is a beautiful video but is a little too challenging for me as I just started out stitching the basics, hopefully someday I will make a dress like this pretty.
I think a great first garment is a skirt. I have a simple elastic waistband skirt tutorial that you could try before a dress.
waw
Chest of drawers is also called a dresser.
I've just stumbled on your site and I adore this Trina dress. What is the fabric made from please?
The fabric is rayon challis from fabric.com.
Paige, are the calculations the same for a dress to determine how yards are needed?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but the flutter sleeve requires less than the kimono sleeve. I'm not sure how much off the top of my head.
Lindo vestido 🤩 mas não entendi nada 😔seria tão bom se tivesse, uma forma de tradução nós vídeos!
I recognize that background your are walking.....Is in Hawaii??? We were there last fall.
Yes! Kauai.

How would you line a wrap skirt?
Add a lining layer that is a bit shorter than the main skirt and treat it as if it is one with the skirt essentially.
is there any tutorial for the dress you are wearing pls?
Not that I know of. I drafted it based on one that I saw on Pinterest.

I am finding it hard
For me it is to complicated , everything is not clear , this is not for beginners
One of my skirt tutorials may be better to begin with. This isn't a typical beginners project.
Very poorly explained her explanation was more convoluted that the simple wrapping dress with pattern should be . Desapoiting to find a decent tutorial for a wrap dress.
There are a lot of different styles and ways of constructing a wrap dress. This one is definitely a more involved pattern, but I just wanted to share the process of a dress I was making. I hope you are able to find the right dress style that works best for you.
