- Hi folks, in todays video I show how I made my non stretch summer wrap dress 💚💜💚 I absolutely love how this turned out, the style, the fit, the fabric….. all the details, the shirring, the softly fluted hems and the best part the modesty protecting full underwrap 👍 I hope that those of you interested in making something similar enjoy and find the video useful. I like most of the things you make, but this one is exceptional! So pretty! I love the shirring at the shoulders and the flounces. This is another one i wished you sold the pattern for 💕

That is just a gorgeous dress! The flounce are so elegant and not too youthful looking. Great hint for using the selvedges.

Hi, there are notch makers that make notches when dress making. They are sold on Amazon starting at $7.00AUD upwards, so much easier than using scissors as they are more accurate. Hugs from South 🇦🇺

If you were to line the dress how would you? I have a similar dress pattern but the fabric is kinda sheer with flowers on the fabric.
Love the dress! Do you need a special needle for the elastic thread? It looked thicker than ordinary thread.
You don’t need a special needle.
