FFXI Returning Players Guide: Introduction to Ambuscade

- In this guide I explain how to do Ambuscade. Ambuscade is an endgame event which you can do with up to six people. Each month it is reset with new enemies and currency. Each run you do will give you some of two different kinds of currency which can be used to purchase a wide variety of rewards. This is a good event to do once you are 119 to continue progressing your character.

I've been away from FF11 for many years now. I left shortly after SE came out with the Trust system, so I've been gone for a really long time, looks like much has changed. Thanks for the video 👍
I am a returning player and I would urge everyone who has played this in the past to return I am on a ashura and it's better than ever especially because of trusts. I have been playing for a week and I am already level 60.
Agree with u, mate. It lost a bit of the fun brought by community work (old content), but it is still fun, specially for ppl like who doesn't have much time to play. Edit: nice vid, cloudchief, keep up your nice work.
A week? You were doing something very wrong. You can get any job to 99 in a single day.
how do you know mob is needed to kill for the KI?
If you look in records of eminence under ambuscade it will tell you the mob type you need.
